Simply outstanding. I was trying to make a booking via a price comparison site (possibly kayak). I was directed to the cheap tickets website. There was an issue that meant that I couldn't book via the website. Got in contact with cheap tickets. They resolved the problem, made the booking over the phone, got my hand luggage included in the deal for no extra charge and we are on the way to Canada. I was most pleased with the agents at cheap tickets' helpfulness, reassurances, and attentiveness to all of my requests. They even changed the flight departure time to a more suitable time at no extra cost. These people were outstanding. Will definitely use them again when I am going to North America.

Not always, but sometimes you can find really cheap tickets on this website. I was suspicious as I haven't heard it before and the ticket price was dramatically cheaper; but I felt brave and pulled the trigger.
