Do not order from here. Things have changed the last couple months especially the quality of the weed. I ordered a HP of White Poison and upon opening there was literally Cat or Dog hair in it. Sounds like I’m making this up but 100% not being my house has no animals at all. I tried talking with them over Email and there comments back where “ Seriously lol” “ We have never had anyone send us this lol “ Very unprofessional in my opinion and all they could help with was giving me a $30 off coupon. I now can’t smoke my stuff because of what I found in my bag making me feel uncomfortable and I’m out money as well.

I find MOLD BUGS on one bag and other bag its a wet cheaper unscented like a Christmas Tree.You EASY find better stock if you order in other place.

I ordered from CheapWeed and the bag showed up weighting 226grams with the ziplock. I emailed them and asked them what they plan to do about my missing weed. They replied they get a lot of emails about this issue and everyone has a broken scale. Weighting the ziplock bag is now normal.
I asked if they wanted to offer me some incentives to stay with them and they told me to take my money elsewhere.
Will do.
Every single order they ship is a ziplock bag short. Wish I had done a web search on them earlier. Im glad I got anything at all.

Bad company, bad customer service, they sell you weed with ziplock bags included in the weight.

Tony and emma dont care about their customers just the money , long time customer here maybe even one of the longest considering i dealt with tony when he worked for ganjaexpress 6 years ago before he made cheapweed . Have gotten many moldy bags have been shorted hp’s . They dont care nobody should order from this bs site

I was sent brown moldy pot,the add was for pink kush,I trusted this site and bought it based off of the pics and description

It was moldy,old and brown and did not look like the pics at all.
I couldn't believe they scammed me. Support didn't email back for 4 days and didnt help at all,I provided pics and offered to send the marijuana back for exchange.
I was shocked at how rude and unprofessional the staff were to me in the emails even though I provided pics and evidence and have been a 4 year customer

The description full on is a lie pisses me right off I bought a lb of red haze the description states it’s super potent smells amazing and when I got it smells like complete hay/grass hardly gets me high hurts my lungs to smoke and now I’m stuck with it to smoke not to mention about an oz of it is moldy as hell why lie also there’s like 3000 seeds they say it’s 22.48 percent when the bunk don’t even touch me in the slightest bit they definitely sold me sold old ass stuff

Got scammed 330$ When those so called postal issues happened , emailed numerous times and they didn’t want to refund my cash, they sold me over 300$ in points instead, I’d post the email of what they said but basically says “here’s the remaining 75% of what you ordered” haven’t ordered from these goofs since.

Don’t risk your money. Been buying off this site for a few years. They where ok until like 4 months ago…now I feel like they don’t care anymore It’s not the same site it used to be…. customer service is short and unhelpful when they decide to answer. I feel like an empty box scam is coming… choose any other site!

Wow I don't know what everybody's complaining about this is got to be the best place I've ever dealt with I've been dealing with these guys for almost five years now never had a problem with them never had anything I didn't like except for once and when I called them they made it right so I don't understand what all the complaining is for . CW is one of the best I've ever dealt with and I've dealt with quite a few their customer service is awesome they get back to you the same day and explain to you what's going on ships to Saskatchewan in 3 days. 👌😁 so either you're just not talking to them politely and treating them like crap or you're totally bullshiting about your experience. Terrible terrible is all I have to say Been waiting over a month for product … been given every excuse from covid to due to holiday package is delayed. It’s 6 weeks today from last scan and now they won’t even answer me back .. I guess my $700 is gone. Do your research before ordering from MoMs and drop this one from your list
Update/Sept ….they finally answered me after several emails only to be told they are monitoring parcels and some even get delivered without scanning (I’m sure Canada Post do that… not!) they have no idea where my parcel is so they can only give me 50% credit which is totally against what they advertise.. the banner is at the top of their page clearly says “Guaranteed shipping on all orders or 100%money back” …. It also states the following in the FAQ on if you do not receive your order “ We offer full insurance for your order, meaning if it gets lost, or stolen we will replace your package. ONE REPLACEMENT PER ORDER. This usually never happens however we like to give our clients full confidence when purchasing at Cheapweed.to. Replacements will be in the form of credit, no refunds. We do not offer replacement packages on your order if the tracking number says delivered.”

To make the story short I have been waiting since July to receive an order that was never delivered and they never replaced it and only gave me a credit for HALF the $ I spend to then reorder product which hasn’t even moved or been picked by CP … that really gives me “confidence” that this place is just a rip off…. Keep you posted on whether I receive my order I placed with my $350 credit as they scammed the other $350

I am a first time client as i usually order from weed deals or weed smart without any issue. One of my last order was taking a long time so i decided to try cheap weed. I got my order within 2 days and its perfect and nothing is missing. I did see the site was down yesterday but its up today and it does mention they were doing maintenance. Probably warning the clients before would be a good idea so we dont worry buy besides that, im happy

An Honest Review

I have been buying from this site for well over a year. Everything was fantastic up until a couple of months ago. Ordered the DOD and edibles and only received the DOD. Took photos of the vacuum packing for proof. No problem, Emma gave me a credit. Ordered again this time three products. The DOD, large edibles and a vape cartridge. Again only received the DOD. I asked nicely to them to either send me the products or my money back. Radio silence ever since last week. Now the website is down or gone? Just like my money. Caveat emptor

Horrible customer service, weed but is a decent price. But hopefully you don’t have any issues and have to contact support.

Placed an order 2 days ago still not at post office.Can not seem to get an answer why,normally their bang on.Looks like i am getting ripped off.Beware these people are up to no good.Order was dropped off at post office today still not sure why it took 3 days but cw did send it.Lets see what i get.

I have been dealing with Cheapweed for years. Usually a couple lbs a month.
I went through the empty box issues with them. They credited me and made good.

I have had several issues. Tony and Emma have always been fair for the most part.

They serve up bulk at good rates. It's a big company doing volume. Things happen. All in all they are good people.

Order with confidence. Products as described 95% of the time and when not they will help the best they can. I'm sure a lot of people complain for a better rate, etc. Imagine what they have to deal with.
