Horrible weed I swear it's either old moldy or they put other chemicals in it to keep it fresh longer ... This weed gives the worsted head ache and gives restless legs ....cheap weed io weed is shady as hell and all the weed looks the same all of them... Very unhealthy weed gets people sick ...and I can only imagine long terms effects

I've had zero issues with product or customer service. They've both been great! One shipping error was resolved well and quickly by Emma.

I'm still waiting on an order from December 17th. I have contacted customer service several times for help. Received an email back from Emma with no help offered. Now they won't even respond to me. I have 500 in limbo right now. Not sure what to do at this point. I may have to have the bank start a fraud investigation so I can get my money back.

disappointing . I ordered a half pound and did not receive the correct order at all. black and moldy i grew from the outside more beautiful than their inside .i asked for a refund and my send back 50$ lolll for an order over 375$ i don't advise you to buy with them unless you want to make yourself rip off.

It’s a good deal until you have ANY problem. There is no customer service and when your weed doesn’t arrive, they ignore you. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM TONY OR THIS SITE! They will RIP you OFF!

Moldy weed, had to trim over 50% of it to acceptable levels. No refund or credit. Be careful.

I used this page for over a year, then one day they sent me an empty box. Every so often I write again. At first they told me and everyone else they were working it out. Then they told me to buy more and they'd give me 50% off then they eventually ignore me. It has been 3 years, they have not returned my money or provided any product. My friend just told me she ordered, and that her friend has been using this site awhile with success, so here I am again.

wont send what you buy they put a picture of nice weed and you receive scrap i used to order there since 2020 but last few month ive been receiving deception every time too bad i cant put picture of it

Don't believe when they tell you 3 days for shipping. If I knew it was going to take 2 weeks I would have never ordered. Customer service is basically non existent once they get your money.

Orderded a halfP came 30 grams short and was literally laughed at by customer service. In the end i never got my weed credit or maney back. CS was absolutely terrible

Honestly got ripped off by cheapweed 2.5 years ago, took 6 months but i got my weed eventually. Ordered off them a few times since then and its been absolute trash. Just bags filled with shake and stems, that dont even weigh out. I sent an email to Tony just asking him whats up and he said “go order from someone else, we told you that years ago”. So not only does this guy remember your name if you say something, he’ll purposely short you and put garbage weed in the bags if you order again. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE - YOU WON’T GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!

Wrote in earlier saying I have been buying off this site for over a year and never had a problem. Recently ordered 2 half pounds and a full pound of weed plus a qp of hash. One of the half pounds was 32 grams light. All good though. I contacted them, and within 10 minutes Emma had solved the problem. Yes, I said 10 minutes. Great site for product, price and now customer service. Anyone bad mouthing this site doesn't know what they are talking about. Keep up the good work Emma and Tony. 👍👍👍

Not sure what all these complaints are about ..iv been ordering for 6 months now and have always been impressed with the deals ! Iv been smoking weed for 20 years and this is the best deal on quality weed I have ever found period! ...buy the aaa always and you will always be happy .smh people buying aa and complaining 🙄

Cheepweed.io is a joke. I ordered a half pound of kosher kush and whatever strain they sent me it smelled like ammonia.
I told them about it in a email and I talked to Emma, then got a reply back from Tony. Tony said that I was getting a discount and he gave me a $30 coupon for half pound of weed. It was 225 I believe, The fact of the matter is he did nothing to resolve it other than offer me a $30 coupon.
I literally threw the weed in the garbage.
I have all the emails as proof if anyone wants me to email them to prove this.
