No results provided ! No response from customer service ! Scam

I cancelled the subscription on day 2 and per their cancellation policy, you have a 30 day money back guarantee and they refuse to issue a refund for 3 months worth of nothing!

For me, the $35 fee was worth it. I had to wait 3 days for the report. You can pay more to expedite the results, but the $35 will get you answers. The first possible match was not him, I had to do a little scrolling, and the scan found my boyfriend on hinge. I was told his most recent sign in date, and saw his updated profile pictures.
This is a SCAM.
First of all, they tell you they have results that match 99% of what you’re looking for, and that they already have matches ready—you just need to “pay” for the analysis. You sign up, subscribe, and then—like magic—you’re hit with an insane number of pop-ups (extra charges) that supposedly make your search more precise and refined.
What you think is that you’ve topped up your account and that, based on what you paid, you can spend “credits” on an “analysis.” But no—they charge you for as many extras as possible before showing any final result. And beware: there is NO confirmation—every click you make results in an automatic charge.
Once I saw the number of extra charges—and on top of that, the supposed result they had promised was no longer available, and I was told I had to wait between 48 and 72 hours (unless I paid another extra fee to speed it up)—it became clear this is false advertising.
After all of this, I decided it simply wasn’t worth it and that I wanted a refund. I contacted support in Spanish, my native language, and received no response at all. This makes their “24/7 customer service” claim and their promise of contact within 24–48 hours feel completely fake.
Worst of all, the final “scan” is so poor that it doesn’t even match your search parameters—gender, distance, name, nothing!
A complete and total scam.

It is complete false advertising. It says it searches to discover dating profiles. 17.99 for one search. When you finally talk yourself into doing that it then proceeds to tell you ask you their name and what town they're located in It then takes your money which ends up coming like $23 then it proceeds to ask you do you want the search out of that one town because it it's only going to do it in a 2 mi radius you got to pay extra for that do you want it to do multiple dating apps because it's only going to look on one called hinge or something for that one price you got to pay extra for all the other apps that you want it to search and then do you want it soon because it's then going to proceed to tell you that you got to pay extra to get the search soon well since it already took my money and I didn't agree to any extras I've now been waiting almost 2 days and it's still only at 50% of the search so you know and it's only a trial. I'm sure I won't even get an answer by the time the trial periods up or it will try to charge me more of course complete scam I'm so sick of everything on social media being a scam.

I wish I would have seen this prior to utilizing this service. It returned absolutely zero results that pertained to the person I was inquiring about. In fact, none of the results came even close to this person‘s age, name, location, or a similar picture! It’s like they take a random group of random people and say here, this is what we found! DO NOT USE!!!!

It is a scam. The results were shockingly poor that I find myself. They do not say what they say they will do. The upselling they keep doing is extreme. I cancelled and they are still trying to take money from account. STAY AWAY

The cancel subscription button does not work. What a scam. Will start lawsuit if they don't immediately cancel my subscription. I have a video of the issue.

Cheater scanner seems legit while social catfish stole my money and did not off the services advertised.
wish i could rate 0 stars already cancelled service and was still charged. and they don't respond to emails so i will be filing a police report for fraudulent charges.

Well they got me once never again ! Complete scam, don’t waste your money, it keeps asking for more and more money and not happy with the payment you made, and ends up with no results anyway

It’s a scam I never got any information from it.

I paid a 3-day trial on another website you own (deepscanner.app).
I've already sent 2 emails asking a confirmation that my subscription is canceled but no reponse yet.
When I try to cancel the subscription renewal, the button I would normally use to cancel says “Cancel unavailable during trial.” This doesn’t make any sense. Am I supposed to wait until the trial turns into a paid subscription and I’m charged before I can cancel? This is not normal.
Respond to my email saying that my account and subscription are canceled and after I get this confirmation, I'll delete this review from Trustpilot.

Complete scam, ran it on myself and this is nothing more than a basic background check. What's worse is I selected a 1 time service and have been continually charged for 3 months now with no response from their support that I've emailed every month since. I finally had to cancel the card I used, its the only way I could stop them form charging me.

I see an advertisement on a site I was looking at so I thought, why not? Well, now I know why not! I got billed for one search (which I haven’t seen) yet because apparently it takes up to 48 hours if you don’t want to upgrade. So, I paid the outlandish cost of $21.23! Then I go look at my bank statement! A cool $49.99 was also taken! I don’t believe I trust this site at all! Beware and watch your bank accounts!
Update- I have tried to contact customer support a number of times using the support email from their page. Each time my email is rejected and sent back. Very frustrating and disappointing! Basically, I believe that this site is a scam site.
I finally heard back. Apparently the charges are legitimate. I beg to differ. I have never accepted the rest of what they want to give you. I asked for a copy of the receipt, I have not heard back again. I believe I am owed a refund. They will not come back to this site to comment. I will not lose this money. Next step.

Did not send me results and kept trying to charge, they did however refund, twice.
