Possible scam?

A company purchased some items from me and they use Checknook.io as a payment service. The company that I sold goods to issued a payment to me using Checkbook.io. Payment failed to be deposited. I received an email stating the failure and the email gave 2 options to rectify the situation. option 1: verify another bank account which I did, and it was successfully verified through Plaid but checkbook.io gives another error stating this check cannot be deposited. I then used option 2: print the check, I attempted to print and get another error stating this check cannot be printed. I am out the goods that I sold and the company who purchased said goods paid their portion for the goods but checkbook.io has my funds. I've gone around and around trying to either deposit the funds through ACH or print the check all through checkbook.io's service and have had no luck. The company who purchased the goods from me stated they issued payment through checkook.io 3 days ago now. Support has been contacted but still hasn't corrected the error on their part and I still am out my products and my money for said products. I would love for checkbook.io to correct this and provide the service they are in the business of (Handing funds over from one party to another)

My bank wouldn't accept check I received from Checkbook,Inc

I returned Slim Candy for refund as directed. I wasn't getting any credit on my charge card so I called. They said the time since I ordered was so many months prior that they couldn't credit charge account. They would email a refund check to print & take to Bank. My Bank wouldn't accept the check. There was no other communication prior to this review with Checkbook directly thus we were unable to assist you.

In the rare case that a bank doesn't accept a printed check, please advise the bank to give us a call at the phone number listed on the check and we are happy to verify it for them. Since the time of your experience at the bank (Nov 2023) this payment has already expired (beginning of Feb, 2024). In this case, please contact Slim Candy for them to issue a new payment since we process payments, we don't issue them.

Checkbook has been a solid partnership…

Checkbook has been a solid partnership for our company, with streamlined automated notfications that go out to each deposit. Our company uses their ACH deposit (essentially our direct deposit vendor) as we send 100 -200 DD's daily. They have a great importing feature, reconciliation feature, and just overall forward thinking, clean UI that appeals to the eyes.

An ACH is missing, no customer service

An ACH is missing and there is no way to contact a person to speak when it is absolutely urgent. This company is handling huge transactions with no accountability.
I will be pursuing a complaint to the full ability of our organization.

This means the bank account information you entered was incorrect, which is why this transaction failed. When an ACH fails we send you an email telling you why it failed and also giving you an opportunity to re-deposit this payment.

I and several others on our team have been in constant communication with you about this over the past few days. We have also resolved the mistake you created by entering the wrong bank account information for your payment. We have already re-deposited your payment and you have already received the funds to the correct bank account.

While we understand that this is a stressful situation, our team can only process a payment as per instructions the recipient fills out, in this case the wrong bank account information.

Just incredible customer service

Just incredible customer service! It's so rare to find a tech company these days where you're dealing with real people, based in the United States that actually care about their customers. I ended up with a complicated payment problem and was looking for solution and Checkbook was an absolute fit. Anthony walked me through the entire process, even though this wasn't specifically his department and made sure from start to finish that everything was seamless and just worked. Persistence pays off

I was finally able to get my refund after emailing the IT division. They were able to finally get me a digital refund check & I took it to my bank today. I did not get any help from two different calls to customer service first.
