Sorry to hear about your experience. In some rare cases, vehicle history information may not be available from the data sources we use. In that situations, refunds are usually processed within a certain timeframe from our end.
It was worth much more than the fiver I spent
I was struggling with some trade valuations,. One went down drastically only two days after I had a new 12 months MOT done and one was ridiculous. The valuation range given on this site was well worth spending a fiver, as it encouraged me to revert to more than the first valuation as an approximate reserve price and thus gained 50% in value.

Brilliant service
Brilliant service, quick & easy. Only asked 3 questions including email verification then have valuation. So far seems possibly best service of its kind available at the moment. Litmus test will be not receiving barrage of emails after using... Hopefully they won't do that.
