SCAMMERS

First contact in January after I received a letter from HMRC to say I had been issued a tax refund which had been sent to check my group limited. Constantly delaying issuing me with my money they keep saying they have sent the cheque which I never receive. Advising each time it will take 28 days to issue we are now in June and still no money from them and doesn’t seem likely there ever will be. Complete scammers. AVOID.

letter from the tax office re: tax rebate

I received a letter from the tax office to say I was owed £900 in tax, but the cheque was sent to CHECK MY GROUP. this was over 2 months ago and I haven't heard from this company. The tax office said it was because it was a PPI refund. They also said it was because I'd ticked a box on my UNISON application form and that gave them legal permission to pay them and not me. It clearly wasn't as the information on the letter showed it was overpaid tax from my previous employer! I contacted Unison to say I was annoyed this was still legal as I haven't been a member for years now, so how could it still be legal? They said they were too busy to reply to me. I'm going to write to the company but it doesn't look hopeful looking at the reviews on this site. I'm very annoyed as I need that money as my husband died and I couldn't get my pension.

This company are thieves

This company are thieves! I had a tax refund of £107 I only received £45. They deducted 48% refund charge and they had the audacity to charge me £10 for cheque admin fees. I hope they choke on it, it was my money. Steer well clear of this company.

Check My S.E.R.P.S

These crooks offered to check for forgotten pensions that were paid into S.E.R.P.S and if they found something you paid £99 to get the details and claim your pension. They called me last week to tell me that they had found a pension. I paid them £99 and they sent me the details, they say they got from HMRC. The pension details they gave me had been moved to a completely different company in 2015, so despite the fact they gave me false information they refused point blank to refund my £99. They are just crooks, beware, don’t trust them
