I like using the app Check My Trip for my trips. It gives me the information I need to be less stressed when I travel.

Good user friendly app

I bought a ticket from CheckMyTrip,i called Turkish Airline to do open ticket for me and they did,now when i want to use my ticket Turkish Airline said was refunded to the agency from where I bought,i try to find contact number I didn’t find,i send email says “oops we didn’t find the details”in the app i have the ticket details and says cancel but ni option to change the ticket nothing.How can i use my money?why no way of contacting CheckMyTrip??

This is the worst website with the most unresponsive and arrogant agents. They made changes to my flight twice without even telling me. Increased my layover time from 6 hours to 18 hours even though the original flight was still available.

The best wallet to have all of my travel info in one place + delays, gates and other services (taxi, tourism...). I have been using it for yrs and won t leave it as it is user friendly

Very good app that I always use when I travel. I import my trips there to have a simple way to see my entire journey.
I like to be able also to checkin there instead of having to go through all the airlines website. I'd love to see great deals of recommendations of activities at destination in the app!

Best app ever - all travel info in one app. Always notified on time whenever there are changes in my flight.

This suddenly turned up as an email confirms my BA flight to and from Inverness in August. But there was also a reference to another flight in October without a reference. The message invited me to log in and get the App. I smelled a rat and deleted the message. I only acknowledge messages from the airline and not third parties. Smells like a scam to me.

SCAMMERS. DO NOT USE THEM. Pay whatever you have to not to be scammed and robbed by this disgusting company, they are liars. The airline cancelled my flight and they made me call the airline myself to get the refund issued, which I did. Then the refund was issued to Checkmytrip/Amadeus and 3 months later they have not returned it to be, every time you call they just feed lies after lies.

Impossible to use anymore, no possibility to check flights other than those you save in advance, not like before when you could look up everything concerning Your flight, without the flight had been saved by yourself.
