I only I have good things to say about this company, I have used many other organisations as I travel a fair amount, and my experience with this company has been excellent! on both occasions I received the test kit very quickly and when I had queries about the tests on both occasions they customer service support was exceptional often coming back to me within seconds of my email, which is not the response I received with other providers. particular on the last occasion when for some reason I could not find the appropriate batch file for my test, the customer service representative help me immediately and enter the test code for me into their system. The lateral flow test certificate came back within one hour! I cannot praise them highly enough.

This company is a scam! Took multiple tests with them and never got any results back. It is a shame that it is recommended by the government.

All was perfectly fine with taking my Day 2 PCR test with Check to Fly. I booked the test when on holiday, I received my Booking Reference number right away (which was needed for my locator form to travel back to the UK).
My test was sent to my home in good time. Once I did the test I sent it off and received my results in good time. A fair price. Very pleased with the service.
This is the second time I have used this company, no problems at all. I would use them again with confidence.

Very slow. Waste of money.

It's deeply waste. I have been waited for 5 days. I'm really frustrated that it was in the list of gov.uk. The government must check this companies. My children have not gone to school for five days. It's SCAM, please avoid.(The phone number isn't available)

Travelling this time, I decided to buy a cheaper PCR test compared to the ones I purchased before. Well, that was a mistake. This test is a bit cheaper indeed, but you pay with time and stressful expectation of your results. They are extremely slow: I am self-isolating for 5 days now and who knows when I'll receive my results. So many plans have been ruined because of this. Next time I'll pay a bit more, but have a much better service and test results within 1-2 days.

Results came 24 hours between eachother even though they arrived together

One was inconclusive so they said they would send another, never arrived so had to isolate for the full period.

Once querying this they ignored my email for days until I followed up multiple times.

Avoid at all costs and should be removed from the government’s “trusted providers”

When they respond it is completely unapologetic and sarcastic. Asking me to provide proof that I’ve purchased a test elsewhere, clearly unaware of government guidance of what to do if your test is not conclusive.

They took 12 days to send me the result. I even came back to my home country before that.

You never receive any results despite registering online and sending them off !! Literally didn’t get a result from the day 2 or 8 test?!? Only thing it’s good for is an order number for the passenger locator form. They don’t send results.

The BAD part: the company advertised the shipment of a Day 2 Covid test by December the 29th, and I bought the kit based on that. Then, the email confirmation read "Royal Mail will not be delivering post at all between Friday , 24th of December until Wednesday, 29th of December. What this means for our customers is that tests dropped off after the cut-off time on Thursday will likely only reach our labs by the following Wednesday, assuming no further delays." I do think that I should have been given this info BEFORE purchase.
The GOOD thing is that I requested a refund on December the 24th and I had immediate assistance and was able to get my money back on December the 29th.
So, I suggest anyone having issues with this company to just contact them at the provided email address.

Beware, booked a collection from London nd the address seems to be fake, not information, not email, will for sure get my Money back even if I have to take them to court. Will report this company so it can be remove, everyone scammed should do the same

Checktoflyco.uk is the worst Covid PCR test service I have seen so far.
It's been my 9th days waiting so far, I have officially stayed in quarintine for more that 7 days as instructed by Gov.
I have tried to contact then via Emails but no reply and calling on custmer service is even worse, looks that the number is fake. Who know I may have been scamed!

Absolutely ridiculous, still waiting for a result after 6 days...Sent them emails and tried to call (but the number was not available) DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE

Disgrace company like all the reviews below, ordered the test, turned up a day later, never received the email, I had to self isolated so I missed Christmas with the family , they don’t care, please avoid it!!!!!

The results were too slow to arrive. I understand it was during the holiday period but the test took five days instead of ‘up to 48 hours’.
Not happy with the delay.

SCAM, avoid!

Do not use this company, I’ve paid for a test and have been waiting 2 weeks for a result. I’ve now been told I was sent an automated email a week after my test was sent it which isn’t the case. Complete waste of time and money

12 of December recieved and email stating test was received, done all the necessary steps become registration. And now it's the 21st of December and still not heard anything. No contact number to call just an email. This is a disgrace from the Gov site to suggest such fake sites. What a rip off. Stay clear.

Still waiting for my results, i got the test LATE, but sent back immediately a week ago. DO NOT use this company, useless
