Chedd completed 3 x landlord gas safety tests and servicing for the same price as the national companies, but with a local presence and accessible phone number, being flexible with timings and tenant availability. When one boiler stopped working after the service, they returned same day to get it working again.

What a very efficient company. I have used Chedd for a few years now and they have always been quick to respond and reliable and have always fixed the problem, I would highly recommend.

We have been customers of Chedd for over 40 years, spanning three houses, and have always found them to be super reliable.
When our heating broke down two weeks ago they were there within the hour. They identified the problem as a faulty pump and had the whole thing fixed early the next morning. As always, the were courteous, clean and efficient.

Our boiler is serviced every year with Chedd and they do an excellent job. Always on time, very polite, tidy and thorough.

Dan came to service the boiler and did a great job, above and beyond checking the CO and smoke detectors, some of which had expired. Thanks, nice job.

The situation that we were in was handled calmly and with real professionalism. All the risks were explained fully to us and Dan carried out the work carefully and thoroughly, keeping us informed all the way

Following central heating work back in February, Josh returned to install Drayton Wiser WiFi controls for the hot water, radiators and UFH. The installed controls comprised a main hub for boiler control/hot water, thermostats downstairs for the UFH (including a new valve control hub) and TRVs for radiators and towels upstairs. Josh is always courteous and gets on with his work quietly and efficiently. He’s very tidy and removes his rubbish at the end of the job. He explained how the system worked via the Wiser Home app and I now have full control of the hot water and heating from anywhere in the World. I’m sure it will be a sound investment. Without hesitation I would always recommend Chedd.

Reliable and skilful plumbers. Chedd installed new bath taps and fixed a faulty toilet flush which other plumbers had been unable to fix. Great communication throughout the process.

The customer service, the experience and knowledge, the promptness of responding, and the explanation of how to prevent this in the future has been second to none! I started with my boiler manufacturer, but I now know to go straight to you in future. I really appreciate all of the help you've given as not having central heating in winter, particularly with a child, is incredibly problematic and stressful.
