Hi. I hope you are fine living a healthy blessed life all. If this web is same like on Facebook sells nighties etc. then they send the wronge order no reply on Facebook and also no reply on what's app. Just 1 message in start. Then after listening the problem they didn't reply it's been month now. So not recommended

I ordered in July and I’ve never received them. I’ve emailed and tried to make contact but nothing. They’ve been reported now.
I ordered a number of charms from the company on 22nd July and have still not received them. The money was cleared from my account. I have attempted to email the company and they bounce back as undeliverable. When you go to their web page. It now shows up as ‘Opening soon’ I.e as a new business. This would suggest that orders and payments were taken, knowing they were closing down and had no intention of fulfilling the orders. Very disappointed in this company and I hope whoever is reopening the store will help with this situation.
Poor customer service no response when they get part of the order wrong to get it corrected so then end up having to buy it again and wait weeks for delivery .its to slow on delivery charms don’t allways match the picture and wrong ones sent out to what you order and no communication to fix it not good

Took a bit longer to arrive than it said but you can't complain with the price and quality. Carnt find there email though but it did come and am happy with it
