It is of course not the intention that an amount is deducted from your bank account without your notice. However, we have no subscriptions of €169 so that amount is not familiar to us. Thank you for your positive review and taking the time to give us feedback. Unfortunate to hear that it doesn't seem to work out with streaming the masterclasses. Have you tried one of the options below?
With a Google Chromecast you can easily stream the masterclasses from your device to your television. You will need the Google Home app for this. A second option is to choose the ‘casting’ option (click on the 3 dots at the top right of your browser) from Google Chrome. Option 3 is to connect your laptop to the television with a HDMI cable.

On its way to 5 stars - so staying tuned
I tried Cheflix for the Björn Frantzén series and have already made some wonderful dishes for friends from there. Really great classes, good explanation, achievable results and quite engaging. He's a hard act to follow and so I've been finding it a little difficult to find the next series to fully dive into.
Good to see some diversity starting to creep in - right now the vast majority of choices are white, northern European men (mostly Dutch since that's where the service originates), but I'm looking forward to more flavours, more voices and more cultures from right across Europe and around the world as Cheflix (hopefully) progresses towards being a 5-star platform.

Thank you for your review and especially for giving us 4 stars! We understand that some of the masterclasses might be hard to follow since the chefs are speaking Dutch. Cheflix started out in the Netherlands and Belgium and therefore some of the masterclasses are in Dutch. Did you see that we have subtitles with every episode? And... we are focussing on new content in English in the last couple of months. As you can see, every week new videos will be uploaded in English. Hopefully you can enjoy the Dutch masterclasses with subtitles and easily follow the other masterclasses. Thank you once again for the review!

Misleading Advertisement
I love the concept of Cheflix. Saw an ad for the service (in English) featuring one of the Swedish chefs on the site. However, after joining (and buying a gift membership for a friend) I learned that nearly all of the courses are in Dutch. Very unfortunate and misleading.

Exclusive feeling
Nice to see a mix of different cooking styles from the chefs. Important that there coming up new masterclasses soon and refresh those in the future. Some points need to be improved like explanation of the ingrediënts and sometimes the position of the camera. Overall very exclusive feeling and educational to watch.
