The company responded in a very timely manner and was truly concerned about my issue. They assisted me in rectifying my problem and came up with a solution that far exceeded my expectations. Great companies don’t just close deals—they support customers long after the sale, and that’s what drives repeat business.

They wer incredible in answering my questions

I recently started using Chef Preserve and love the product. When re-organizing my kitchen and pantry, I ran out of extra bags, so I re-ordered a large amount while signing up for the automatic re-order program. I didn’t realize that I would then be getting this huge order each month so I texted with customer service. Kaitlyn first made sure that she understood my needs and then changed my orders to much smaller amounts and less often scheduled deliveries. I could not be happier with their personalized outstanding service.

We love our chef preserve. So nice to have all our food kept a little longer with the price of food these days. We did have an issue with our machine and Chef Preserve was quick to reply and resolve the issue. I would recommend this product and company, kudos to them.

They actually listened to me and followed through to make sure I received my product

I ordered the vacuum sealer several months ago and loved it so much i ordered two more to give as gifts. It works quickly and perfectly and the size is a huge bonus because it fits easily into a drawer for handy use, not like the older large, cumbersome ones that never get used because they’re in a cupboard somewhere and it’s too much trouble to get them out! The bags are reusable, which is another bonus! I’ve also ordered several of the glass containers which I really love for leftover stews, etc. I had a small issue with one of the lids on a glass container not sealing and when I contacted the company, they were prompt with their reply and took care of the problem. I cannot say enough good things about how they responded both in how quickly they got back to me and in how they resolved the problem. This a an A+ company which stands behind their product!

Although it took a bit to arrive, when I notified them of the issue they were on top of it immediately. The were incredibly communicative. When using the sealer it worked like a charm. So cool. Now to break old habits like getting rid of the other stuff like plastic wrap and old zip lock bags. Don't need them any longer. This thing is very cool

I have been EXTREMELY IMPRESSED with this company. I was given a chef preserve as a gift and it quit working shortly after. I contacted the company by email and got an immediate response. They did not hesitate, after asking questions regarding the issue, to replace the unit. It was probably one of the best responses I’ve ever had with a company and because of that I will not hesitate to purchase from them again. The new one is working fantastic and I use it frequently—at least a couple times a week.

I wanted to share my recent experience with Chef Preserve in hopes of getting some assistance and also making other customers aware.
I have been trying to return a vacuum sealer, but the return process on your website does not function properly. The “return portal” repeatedly sends me in a continuous loop, and on the one occasion I was able to proceed, the verification system would not recognize me as human despite multiple attempts.
Additionally, the “contact us” option leads to the same issue, leaving me with no way to complete a return or reach support.
At this point, I am simply asking for a working method to process my return. I would appreciate a response from Chef Preserve with clear instructions on how to proceed.
I hope this can be resolved quickly, and I encourage the company to review and fix these issues so other customers do not face the same frustration.

I contacted Chef Perserve about my faulty sealer expecting to purchase a new one.
I had the pleasure of working with Kaitlyn, within 24 hours l had a replacement being shipped to me at no charge.
I couldn't be happier with customer service and the quick ,easy matter of my problem resolved.

Initially I experienced frustration with sealing the bags, especially trying to reuse them, but didn’t know there was a clip that could be helpful. As a long time user of a Food Saver, I know this process keeps food fresh much longer, especially in the freezer. But the size & bulk of a Food Saver is not ideal so this is a huge improvement in that sense. I’ve had a couple reasons to contact customer service & their response was excellent

The team at chef preserve were very helpful to me. I had a problem with an order and they fixed it in less than a day. Chrstine was very nice and knowledgeable. I would recommend chef preserve to everyone who likes sealing meat and vegetables! 10 stars

The website promises the bags are reusable but the bags really cannot be reused. After washing several bags and trying save peppers, the bags initially seal but in shot time the beads are no longer vacuum sealed. I double checked the seal several times with the same results. I contacted customer service and in order to talk to a “technician” had to pay$5.00 for the privilege. Ridiculous. Good idea but in practice fall short of the hype.

I always wanted a chef preserve since I saw ads for them on my iPad. I thought I would take a chance on ordering one (I’m in Canada) and they are in the USA.
Anyway I had a little problem with the one I got. I wrote to them and they said they would replace it for me without my having to send it back (which I was prepared to do) I did send a picture of it. Anyway, when I wrote to them they replied right away. I was flabbergasted when they said they would replace it and I didn’t have to bother returning my unusable one. I wasn’t expecting such quick positive action from them.
I have to say my new one works perfectly and I do love it! Also, why wouldn’t you want to take a chance on a company that has such a good customer relationship. They’re the best! I will certainly recommend them to everyone I think could use one.

I purchased the product with the extra bags. Using it about a dozen times and then it stopped working. I made contact with the company advising of the issue and they promptly sent me a new one. This one appears to have more power and is performing as advertised. True to their word and guarantee I’m a satisfied customer.

Just the fact knowing that my food is going to last a lot longer than regular freezer bags. I recommend the Chef Preserve, it's a great investment. The first night I got mine I was able to vacuum pack my chicken, pork, hamburger, steak and more.

I absolutely LOVE my ChefPreserve products!
Grocery shopping for one, you end up trashing half of what you purchased. With my ChefPreserve system I can split my groceries in half and seal them for a later time. I actually giggled the first time I watched it remove the air out of the bags. Takes less room in my freezer and fridge. My grandson giggled too when I let him use it so I reopened them 3 times just to watch him. I don’t agree nor understand all the negativity about this company and its products as I’ve only have good results with them. Have ordered more bags and am going to place another order. The customer service has been very helpful and efficient. Maybe those who don’t like the product are not following the instructions for best results…just wondering…as I’ve had great customer service when I’ve had a question. Thank you ChefPreserve for having a fun and great product!

To begin the Company has one of the best customer service team. As a business owner I appreciate a Company that takes the time and stands behind their product. I had a small issue with product, they walked me through a few steps and decided to replace the product. I received it with in a week and use it daily.

What a wonderful product. I use it all the time. Recently it stopped working due to user error. Customer service is wonderful. They also love their product. They take care of their customers. They are happy to help and did. They exceeded all expectations. I will be a life long customer.
