I love Spaghetti Bolognese!
It’s one of my fave dishes and we cook this weekly, but it’s never tasted as good as this one.
With Pasta from Dececco_pasta and quality Pork and Beef Mince from Lidgates this meal tasted stupendous!
Everything you need is delivered right to your door with step by step instructions available with a QR Code, it’s super simple to make and is packed with flavour!

Delivery was quick, ingredients was packaged well and to a high quality. The recipe is well instructed and I really enjoyed making my food kit. Made being in the kitchen mid week a little more fun!

High quality ingredients
Ordered the Spaghetti Bolognese and it was delicious! I'm not very good at cooking and I'm very slow at prep, so to have everything I needed arrive to my door really helped - as did the easy-to-follow instructions. Especially impressed with the high quality of the ingredients - both beef and pork mince came from C.Lidgate's Butcher and I really rate it. Also lovely to have some premium branded pasta for a change with De Cecco. Think I'll try the carbonara next. A really fun experience.

The box was delivered just in time for the class, although I had been told it would be delivered the previous day. The class was very fast paced - I am a very skilled home cook but found it hard to keep up. Also the video feed kept freezing so sometimes instructions were missed. On the other hand, the finished dish was delicious, even if it did contain a month's ration of fat!

All our fish comes from Channel Fishmonger who supply the Queen, their quality is exceptional and by far one of the leading fish suppliers in the UK. Alex Webb Winner of MasterChef 'The Professionals' is an amazing talent but does sometime speak quickly we will pass the feedback for any future cook-alongs. If the video feed kept freezing this is your internet connection as our studio is using EE Full Fibre Max 900 - Powered by BT running on Intranet cables direct to the system. Such a great experience, we had so much fun preparing our recipe with Chef Alex Webb!
Everything was well organised, we received the box the same day of our call with the chef, the ingredients (which were all clearly very high quality) were nicely packed and ready to use.
It was exciting to be able to speak directly with the chef and get those tips and tricks to make a restaurant-level dish.
I absolutely loved it, I think it can be a great gift idea for someone who loves cooking or even just to treat yourself.
Highly recommended!!!
