Well what a crock a s***.
Feel let down. Not only did it take weeks to arrive but the product Amelia set is ridiculously small . More like a size 10 than a 16 !! Material is poor and workmanship is worse !!! Keep away from this mis leading place . Boutique it is not !!
I need to ensure customers are aware that if they need to return an item in good faith, it needs to be sent to Asia. The customer has to pay the shipping and your refund will be processed when the item has been processed in Asia.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible service. Still waiting 4 weeks later for my order (they took the money quickly enough.) repeated emails from me resulted in me receiving tracking details for someone else’s order at an address on the other side of the country… GDPR breach. Then received new tracking details and told the order will be with me soon. Then told it’s out of stock. I’ve asked no less than 4 times for a refund but they ignore that bit. Now pursuing through credit card protection scheme. Do not use!
Absolutely rubbish. Never ever buy from this company. 4 nearly 5 weeks after ordering and paying still no order received.

I came across this website via a sponsored post through Instagram. It’s one of those website emulating a real physical store that’s closing down and everything is thus on discount.
The picture of the couple who’re closing their store, is fake / AI generated; the ‘About us’ doesn’t agree back to the information on the front page; there’s no store address for the actual physical store and no store of this name on Google Maps either.
Such template websites are on the rise; people lose their money and never receive the products purchased. Very surprised to come across this through Instagram.
