Great company, profession and easy to deal with.
Will definitely use them again.

Avoid this Company they are an absolute disgrace, having booked them to move us on a Wednesday they changed the day till Thursday 3 minutes later they informed us that slot was no longer available!! And only Friday was now available which conveniently is the day you get charged for 5 hrs with no return on hours not worked. All hidden in the very small print. They also damaged some of our goods and oh what a surprise there's another claws in the small print that you have to opt and pay £40 fee up front to claim. We are pensioners and could bearly afford the removal cost but thought based on their reviews all would be great!!! Hove wrong were we. Please avoid they are con men.

Moving is always stressful, but the team at Little Removals Company were really helpful and really friendly.

I can’t recommend LRC highly enough- they were friendly, efficient, helpful and professional, a really great team.

The company moved us from Stroud to Cornwall and completely took the stress out of a very stressful time. They arrived on time and were highly professional, friendly and thoughtful, nothing was to much trouble.

It's rare that you cannot fault a company these days but, sincerely; flawless. Price was extremely competitive and the service was better than we've experienced with more expensive options in the past. Thoroughly brilliant experience. A great bunch of lads. Came out day one to pack. Day two to move. Everything was done a lot quicker than we'd expected (and I know moving companies are quick!). Zero breakages/damage (which is a huge plus!). Everything that was disassembled for the move was assembled again. There was a review at the end to make sure everything was satisfactory (which it was). We've recommended them to at least two other people now, and will continue to do so. Good luck guys and thank you for great service!

James, Richard and Stuart were fantastic. They were polite friendly and incredibly hard working. Had thousands of heavy books amongst all our furniture and other possessions. They were efficient and very careful and respectful. This company is highly recommended.

I felt slightly overwhelmed by the job at hand. Richard pulled up, on the dot, time-wise, assured me all would be ok. He made me feel completely at ease, he was professional and kind and completely brilliant at his job. His colleagues arrived, in the second van and did nothing other than assure me all was in hand. All three men in the team worked tirelessly to get me from my old house to my new house. They were polite and helpful and reassuring every step of the way. I would highly recommend this company based on my experience. It was very personal, very helpful and reassuring. I am so happy I chose to move this way. Thank you Richard and Stuart, you turned an incredibly stressful situation for me, into a really great experience. You did not damage or break one single item. But that was not the point, for me, you could not have done more! So kind and so helpful every step of the way. Thank you so very much .. the admin side of this organisation is not so personal and not so pleasant, but the people that matter, the people that have your whole life in their hands are brilliant!! Really pleased with the service provided by LRC. The team were with us for 3 days. Packed up one house and moved the contents of 2 houses to one new house.
They worked so hard and were a pleasure to be around. They took real care over making sure each box went to the right room, preventing damage and mess.
They diligently dissembled and reassembled furniture and even helped to change some round for us as we changed our minds!
They kept going with smiles and good humor through incredibly hot weather and torrential rain showers.
They worked so hard, the time it took was less than estimated which resulted in us getting a partial refund.
Excellent value and service. I highly recommend.

Well,I guess you get what you pay for .
We packed all.our valuables and breakables,and moved them ourselves .
This left a very simple,straightforward job,with only wardrobe boxes required .
They forgot these ,and had to go back to the depot for them ,suggesting the alternative of putting a line up in the van for our clothes !
One of the guys had a bad back ,and this,together with over half hour wasted,meant that I spent 1 hour and 20 minutes heaving and offloading,in order to get the job finished before the heavens opened,and so my dog could come back in . .
I must say that the other guy was very good,hardworking and helpful .
A bit of damage,including to the top of a solid oak dining table which they were unable to squeeze through the front door ( it went in another entrance easily) .All.in all ,I'd pay more,next time ,but if you just need a bit more than a man with a van ,I'm sure they'd be fine .

The company was great, was able to give me the exact moving date I needed, the guys that delivered our things were really friendly and professional, they helped us put purchase things exactly where we needed them, highly recommend them

Showed up a little late but packed everything within a good time and even beat me to my new property. Items were mostly handled with care but a few were dinged, but that is to be expected when traveling over a long distance. I am happy to recommend to anyone within the Cheltenham and wider area.

The 2 men have done an office removal for us as we locate for 2 months every summer and then move back at the end of the summer. They are very efficient, trustworthy and friendly

The removal men on the day were great (5 star). Friendly, careful, dismantled and reassembled items well and checked where I wanted all boxes unloaded.

Only minor downside was information and understanding beforehand of what to expect on the day and cancelation terms due to uncertain move dates. But still efficient responses and they were flexible.

We had a great experience. Nothing was too much trouble for James and his team. They worked very hard and were careful and speedy!

Appalling service. Packing not completed and possessions just thrown into boxes without care. Items mixed up and boxes not labelled. Cutlery tipped over the top of crockery. Bathroom goods jumbled together with hair pins, toothbrushes, perfumes, just chucked in on top
Toys, shoes, clothes and kitchen ware all stuffed in boxes anyhow.
Several items of sentimental value broken through lack of proper wrapping
Unloading was haphazard and boxes arranged on top of softer items that were squashed, and the piles were unsteady. Paintwork scratched.
We needed a rescue team for the removal, as the first driver hurt his wrist, and also proceeded to have a shouting match with a delivery driver outside our new house, which was embarrassing, and from then it became better. The new team knew what they were doing, at last. James and Jay and the two others from the rescue team were professional,and these I can praise and thank, but I could not possibly recommend the company.

Would highly recommend. The guys where extremely good, and very helpful. Will definitely be using again.
