Fabulous service provided. Nothing as too much trouble on what could've been a very stressful day of moving. The guys had the experience & right attitude to see the job through smoothly.

Brilliant job in moving us last Friday. They worked non stop and were incredibly helpful throughout would recommend them to anyone.

Fuss free, professional and made the whole moving experiences stress free. Have used TLRC (The Little Removals Company) three times. Twice for domestic house moving and once for an office move. Highly recommend them and would definitely use them again!

Hired these guys for an office move, 100+ big boxes of paperwork, filing cabinets, table and chairs, and large metal/wood plan cabinets. These guys, Jason, Ryan and Toby, couldn't do enough for us, they went above and beyond. Very professional but friendly to. Highly recommend.

Office staff and removal staff were all friendly. That's the end of the good points.

I have long covid and stated from the beginning that I was unable to be at the original property the whole time. I was reminded that I had signed the terms and conditions. READ THE SMALL PRINT. Even though I said I was not going to be there the whole day and would not be there at the end of the day and this was accepted, the responsibility for anything that would normally have been seen by me if I'd been there was still mine.

However

1. Packing skills were mixed. An open packet of Bisto, put on its side at the top of a box. Obviously everything became covered in Bisto and it took an hour to wash or wipe all the items in the box.

Boxes of light bulbs just loose and higgeldy piggeldy in a larger box, so that I can tell at least four of the bulbs have been broken.

2. Random items left behind in many of the rooms, e.g. a coat on the coat hooks, a single candle pot on shelves, five separate items left in the bathroom.

3. Items also left crumpled or broken on the floor, e.g. a towel on the floor in the cupboard under the stairs, a duster stick broken and left in a pile of rubbish in the hallway.

4. An entire cupboard left full of things. Additional groups of things left in various places in the house.

5. Random things which should have been packed in boxes with the rest of the drawer contents were left behind in the house.

6. Apple core, empty cans and bottles left all over the house.

7. Bathroom toilet had been used but not flushed, leaving a murky liquid in the bowl and dark urine stains over the seat of the toilet. It was truly disgusting.

Timekeeping, professionalism, work ethic and respect. The 4 guys worked incredibly hard and were very respectful with the way they worked whilst in our house and towards us. Highly recommended.

The office staff were extremely polite and helpful. The removal lorry was a little late arriving but when I queried where they were the van was contacted and I received a prompt response, they were on there way. When they did arrive the removal men were polite and efficient.

Do NOT use this company for your removals. I live abroad but had been reassured at the time of booking that they would manage everything for me. Moving is stressful enough particularly when I couldn’t be there in person and finding out that they have left half my belongings in the property including a tv, lamps and all my garden furniture was incredibly upsetting. They then quoted small print and refused to help at all to rectify the situation and wouldn’t even allow me to have these items deposited in the storage unit without giving 2 weeks notice.
When we eventually needed to move out of the storage unit ( 30 mins away) they made it as difficult as possible to gain access and the storage unit was up a narrow flight of stairs which made moving large items incredibly challenging. What was even more unpleasant was that their representative unlocked the unit and just sat and watched us until we finished - just in case we might go over our allocated 3 hours so that they could charge me more.
Avoid using this company. I just wish I’d scrolled down and read some of the less favourable reviews ( of which there are many ) before I signed up to use them. If I could give no stars I would!

Avoid at all costs. Moving is stressful enough with out having to battle these people every step of the way. They took things that we wanted to stay and left other things that were due to go! How can you take a television bracket (on the floor) and leave the tv beside it!? We also (stupidly) asked them to store our furniture for a while - disaster! Small print meant we could not access our furniture without 2 weeks notice and a massive charge. When we finally came to move it (ourselves, as we were so unsatisfied with them) they made it as difficult as possible and our furniture was stored in Gloucester and up a flight of stairs, making it incredibly difficult. The icing on the cake was their man, who just watched us for two hours struggling in the wind and rain up and down stairs, in the hope that we might over run by a few minutes thereby incurring another excess charge!
Just avoid at all costs!

Turned up on time, got to work straight away and nothing wasn’t much trouble. Very respectful of my home and neighbours (limited parking). Would not hesitate to recommend or use again.

I cannot thank this company enough for the effortless move due to their profesionism and organised removal men. Two guys came on time and were very quick but efficient.Thry had to completely Dismantle my bed and wardrobe at the new property and did it effortlessly,you would not know theyy had been taken apart at all. They were very careful to ensure my little dog did not escape while they were carrying things through at both properties. Danielle in the office was polite and helpful, as were the movers. Best move eperiance so far and I have moved a lot

I’m a bit late writing this, but LRC were great when they moved us into storage in August and then into our new home in February. From the initial visit from James (top bloke) to the office staff being patient when we had no internet (rural issues!) waiting to sign documents and agreements. We asked for the same crew to deliver our things in February and they did their best to send the same people, again headed up by James who was very reassuring about everything. The only small gripe is they forgot to include the sofa cushions when they packed the sofa in polythene for storage so I had to have them cleaned afterwards as they had dirty handprints on them, and the bed fixings were not really done up tightly enough, good job we checked before bed!! Over all they were all great, really helpful, and very courteous on both occasions. My advice for improvement would be wash you hands more regularly especially when going from gardening tools to cream sofas! We wouldn’t hesitate to use LRC again. thank you team.

Wow awesome service. The three lads were polite and treated our belonging with care and respect. I totally recommend Little removal company. From booking them to the completion of the move it was made so easy. Danielle was just a phone call away when we had any questions and she made everything run smoothly at such a stressful time for us. Thank you all. 11 out of 10

Absolutely brilliant ...
- 3 very cheerful chaps
- were considerably cheaper than other local movers in Stroud - one other local company was an astonishing EIGHT times what this cost me
- took great care of all of our stuff
- did the move in super speedy time, a whole 3 hours quicker than originally quoted
- refunded the difference the next day without any quibbling
- carefully dealt with my precious piano without charging me the additional £250 plus that other removers were quoting
- the office staff were super helpful and friendly at all points.
Genuinely can't think of a negative thing to say :) Use them!!!!

Helpful and friendly guys. No problems whatsoever. I have used this company before and I would again. I felt bad that they had to drive the 4 hours back again, but I guess that's what made the price competitive.

Used a few times now and as always, very useful and efficient.
Quoted for a 4 hour job and completed in 2.
Will use again.
