The Little Removals Company Reviews 

This was a move of 2 halves really. As I have fibromyalgia I had booked both the packing and unpacking service which I was really pleased they offered.
Unlike with other reviews, the guys arrived on time and packed everything up really efficiently on day 1.
On the moving day they were really good with accomodating my need to go to the new house first with the cats to settle them in and I felt comfortable leaving them with the rest of the boxes.
Everything seemed to be going well until 4pm where they stopped, looked at their watches and said "we're off now" leaving at least half the boxes unpacked / in the wrong rooms.
Fearing I'd got the wrong end of the stick, I rang the company and asked for a refund on the unpacking charge, only to be told that I'd got the hours I'd paid for.. the thing is that THEY decided how many hours the move would take and at no point during the day had it been mentioned things were taking longer than thought. I would have paid the extra hours if needed.
When the guys left I found the wardrobe door didn't work and had been put on backwards - to be fair they did then come back the next day to fix this.
As long as you understand that the time limit and what can and can't be done then it's fine - just a bit of a shock to be left alone in the midst of a ton of boxes that I was unable to move or deal with!

Highly professional and very efficient but with a good sense of humour. Great guys who even fetched me a pint of milk because mine had gone off in the heat. Couldn't fault them.

Dale & Jaye were brilliant. Hard working, polite and considerate with our possessions.
Karolina was always calm and reassuring with date changes.
The process of paying was effortless and fair.

The team that arrived were professional and friendly. They were punctual and hardworking. Our possessions were handled with care from start to finish. The van was clean and the size was well matched to our requirements. Great value for money, happy to recommend them.

Many thanks to everyone for all your help and support during our complicated move. You and the team have been professional throughout and the teams on packing and moving day were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble, and they treated our property (and us!) with care and respect – and plenty of humour! Compressing two houses into one was always going to be a challenge and although we seemed to be 2 vans light the move went well and the fixed charge honoured.

I had a wonderful moving day thanks to Richard and Jason. They were really friendly and made the whole day stress free. They went above and beyond to try and help make the furniture fit into the spaces.

Delighted with the professionalism shown by everyone that works at this company and the ease at which we were able to move on the day.

The team were super friendly, I couldn't quite believe how much they managed to pack into the trucks - I was worried it wouldn't fit. They also happily took apart the bed frame when it wouldn't fit down the stairs. It was also packed up a lot quicker than I expected.

Karolina was superb. So helpful and quick to respond. The moving guys were very nice, and efficient. They had to break down and assemble stuff and did it with ease. Everything arrived in one piece and completed quicker than expected. Great value for money. This is the 2nd time I have used Little Removals Company and highly recommend them.

The guys were all really friendly, accommodating and professional. Pricing is competitive as well.

Excellent service. Very friendly and accommodating and did everything we asked of them (we needed an internal removal as we were having our flat totally refurbished) - so we needed sofas, dining tables and beds dismantled and re-stored. We will definitely use them again when the refurbishment is complete. Reasonable price too.

The TRC team were terrific. They arrived early and were impressed by how organised we were. We were packed and ready to leave by 11:00 and unpacked in our new home by 3:00. They were super friendly and we avoided any possible upsets by talking and resolving with a team that was careful to listen. They tried every way to get furniture through doors that just wouldn’t always be successful and we were so grateful for their patience. These are a team of respectful people who want to get it right for their customers. We’d certainly highly recommend their work. Very competitive rates too!

They were late, The job was not fully completed and all furniture was left dismantled, they left items on the lawn at the front of my house and just put boxes anywhere. I had to demand they put my bed together at least before they left. I have found damaged items - large scratches on wardrobe and missing items including a full box.
And they had the nerve to charge me for an extra hour.
Dreadful

I have used The LRC today; moved out of one flat into another. The guys were great..nothing was a problem. They just got on with it so well. My new flat is up a few flights of stairs; not easy stairs atall, and not easy parking either; but they carried on regardless, even when we all thought the settee really would not go in!
Thank you so much to everyone, as I was worried beforehand, but they were so good and professional and quick!

I found the booking process and documentation unnecessarily complicated and quite off-putting but the guys who did the job were splendid; helpful, careful, obviously experienced, on-time, and went the extra mile. Thank you.

Hired LRC to both pack and move which they did on successive days. Both times they were excellent. Worked very quickly, very through. Packed things well and moved them safely. No breakages. Friendly guys who worked hard.
