Disappointing customer service experience

I’m really disappointed with this experience. I ordered a nasal spray and delivery was smooth, but unfortunately the product itself didn’t work, it wasn’t spraying at all.
I reached out and was told a replacement would be sent, which I appreciated at the time. That was on on February 20, and since then I haven’t heard anything back. I’ve sent several follow-up emails and even asked for a refund, but there’s been complete silence.
Honestly, the most frustrating part isn’t even the faulty product, it’s being ignored. A bit of communication would have made a big difference. Sadly, based on this experience, I wouldn’t order from them again.

Terrible experience

Unfortunately I have to echo other negative comments on this company. Their customer service is appalling. My order, which was urgent so I paid more for express delivery, was lost in the post (not their fault, but also not mine). I flagged the issue multiple times and all I got back was that Royal Mail claimed it had been delivered (but it hadn't). They failed to proactively offer any solution and when I asked for a refund or a replacement item they just stopped answering my emails, leaving me out of pocket through no fault of my own. There is also no phone number to call, so it's impossible to speak directly to anyone. Luckily I had purchased via PayPal and I could get a refund through them.
