Delivery in record time

The cosmetic product I purchased is a very good price and is always a winner. What made this a good experience was the turn around time from ordering to receiving. I ordered the product on Monday and received it 2 days later on Wednesday. Unbelievable. Delivery used to let the company down, but now with confirmation of the order you get the tracking ID, which you didn't used to get before, which is great so you can contact Royal Mail yourself if you are chasing up your order. On this occasion a great all-round experience. Thank you Chemist Connect

Slow delivery.

Nothing wrong with the product I ordered, however, delivery took almost 3 weeks from the time of ordering. Had to chase my order up twice by email.
