Very bad quality of shirt.. In just one wash that too only with water full threads are coming out
Pathetic quality

I have returned my order 121189 to chemistry India for exchange 1 1/2 month back , neither I got my exchange nor have got my refund regarding the same, I have sent them endless mails & what’s app messages & there is no response, if anyone responsible is reading my review please respond & refund my money

Pathetic customer service. its been a month i have been chasing for my exchanged dress. They have collected the one i wanted to return but nothing was given in exchange. Every time i write to them over mail, the response i get is please have some patience. We will get back

Very very bad customer service. I bought a skirt from chemistry. I paid cash on delivery. When i opened saw a wrong product got delivered. More than 2 months stilll chasing and following up through mail. They acknowledged the mistake a month back. Since then no action or communication is there. Not sure why they dont share a phone number

Do not buy from this company. They are absolute frauds. They take your money and do not deliver on their clothes. They have no discernible customer service so you literally cannot talk to a representative of their company. You are better off talking to a wall. Pls be careful and if you can do not buy from here.

I applies for a refund 2 weeks ago. They took their clothes back but did not refund my money back. This is such unprofessional behaviour. I recommend never to buy clothes form here.

Chemistry India has no customer service number. In case we want to return or or exchange our item of clothing,there is absolutely no way of reaching them.
It's been a month, I am chasing them by writing on Instagram or Twitter but absolutely nothing has happened.
I wanto return the item of clothing i bought from them but there's absolutely no way of reaching them. This is such a ridiculous situation.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Chemistry India. I placed an order, but despite the website showing it as delivered, I never received it. I have tried calling, emailing, and reaching out multiple times, but their customer service is completely unresponsive!

This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. If a company cannot handle customer complaints or respond to queries, they should not be in business. I have paid for a product I never received, and now I am being ignored.

If I don’t receive a proper response soon, I will be filing a consumer complaint and reporting this issue publicly on social media and complaint forums. I strongly urge others to think twice before ordering from Chemistry India, as their lack of responsibility and customer service is shocking.

I demand an immediate resolution—either deliver my order or refund my money!
