Best customer service!! They helped me every step of the way with figuring out the ETH payment which was really confusing for me at first. But turns out it is really simple once you understand it! So looking forward to receiving my first order with you guys!

I’ve ordered from them twice now and have received both orders in 6-7 business days... from the Netherlands to South Carolina... very quick and professional in my opinion, I’m currently testing this new item, the previous item was great so I have high hopes! This is a very professional and top notch company, definitely recommend if you don’t want to get cheated. I only deal with this company atm.

I placed my first order and just arrived at the time when a lot of unexpected adversities happened in that company to fulfill my order on time. The seller added additional products to the order for extended waiting time.

Excellent service and quick shipping. The post office had trouble delivering the package, so ChemTheory sent me a description of the package so they could find it. On reception, the label was actually fine, so there was no error on ChemTheory's part.

Took a little while to arrive, and my order was split in to 2 packages... But otherwise top notch!

My only gripe with Chem Theory is that they offer shipping to the US. I live in the US and placed an order 3 months ago and... nothing. When RC packages just disappear like that they were usually seized. What I didn’t realize at the time is that almost all research chemicals shipping from NL to the US are getting seized by customs. Anybody whose well-versed in the research chemical scene knows this, but unfortunately I didn’t know at the time. $200 down the toilet. I’m giving them 3 stars, however, because their customer service game is on point. But good customer service doesn’t change the fact that I’m $200 poorer. I contacted them about a month after my package disappeared and they have maintained contact ever since; contacting the postal service for me and trying to offer me insights into what happened to my package. Easily a couple dozen e-mails back-and-forth but to no avail. Finally, they offered me a 50% discount on a new order, but now I’m wiser. It really does pain me to not be able to leave a good review for this company. Cyrus seems like a great guy just trying to offer great service and since they’re a small company, they might not understand the current situation with NL>US shipping. Should they remove the US shipping offer from they’re website, I will gladly change my review to 5 stars because I’m sure you won’t be disappointed if you live outside of the US.

Excellent service. Everything from the communication, discount codes for first time customers, packaging and delivery times have been superb. This is the best vendor I've gone through in years. You can tell they genuinely care about providing an outstanding customer experience.

I usually don't bother leaving reviews but I wanted to put in a good word for the guys at Chemtheory.

Always super fast delivery, great selection of products that are legitimately high quality (I've sent some off to be independently tested because I'm a bit of a nerd like that), customer service team are great to deal with and actually responsive (unlike a lot of sites out there).

Honestly, they are just the best!
I ordered from them two times and the second one was a bit delayed as they forgot to send me the Tracking number. But I askes and promptly got a really nice answer from Cyrus.
These guys(and girls?) are top noch! 10/5

Quality products and nicely packaged

Excellent Experience.
So i ordered a bit of research materials of this site, as i have heard that they are very professional and trustworthy. And i could not agree more. The support team (Shout-Out to Cyrus) responded really fast and was always helpful. The quality of the products is (from what i can tell so far) amazing. Packaging was perfect. The only downside was that it took a bit longer to arrive than originally planned. But i sort of expected that so that wasn't a huge bummer.

All in all i can only recommend this vendor!

I looked around a lot for the product i was looking for. And it’s hard to trust the vendors out there. I placed my order and it arrived safely in less than a week. I’ll definitely be using chemtheory again shortly.
