Reply from Chequer Plate Direct
Dear Steve,
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced in not receiving your chequer plate and understand your frustration. We would like to inform you that our courier partner, Tuffnells, recently went into administration, which has greatly affected our ability to deliver some orders on time. However, we want to assure you that our delivery service will resume next week as we will have a new courier in place. We are actively working to resolve this issue and ensure that everyone receives their orders as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Best regards, Chequer Plate Direct
