10 days for processing

Placed an order and requested proof, nothing happened for 3 days. When contacted, I was told they are busy due to high volumes and will not be able to process my order for 10 days, I cancelled my order and they refunded.

Cheques don't seem to work for some reason and were rejected by bank will try to find out what is wrong and advise you accordingly

Although the price is better than D&H

Although the price is better than D&H, the qulity of the cheques do not even come close to D&H cheques. Does not present a good picture of my orgaization.

Personal customer service experience!

Cheques Plus was able to help us get personal computer cheques and even with a slight complication customer service was great and had our cheques the way we wanted them in less than 2 days.
Our branch location closed so the accounts were merged with another branch location which made our account branch transit and the current location branch transit different so there was a little messing around to get the branch address correct but the customer service was great!

Outstanding printing services!

Although Canada Post is experiencing delivery delays due to Covid's lockdown, I received my order promptly (within 6 business days of ordering), which is outstanding! Printing quality is excellent and so are their prices - I saved $72 for 100 cheques compared to my bank who would have charged me $100 for the same amount. I have to commend them for their website that is easy to use (without typos too!) and their friendly staff ready to answer any questions you may have via online chat or phone. I will be a returning customer for sure!

Prompt & responsive to any changes
Ordering and processing, easy and quick
Compared to others, priced right and better
Shipping is not satisfactory
Wish they could indicate all shipping options at the time of ordering (if cheques are needed faster)
Ships using Canada Post, which is known for poor service
Cheques arrived 11 days from the order date, though were expecting within a week (reasonable)
Good quality, no errors and very professional looking
Excellent and prompt Customer services responses
Would give 5/5 if not for shipping delays
Good Job overall

Terrible service

Terrible service - Site says 3 to 5 day delivery and then after 10 days I still have no cheques and they blames it on Canada Post. As cheques have all of your key banking information and can easily allow fraud If they get into the wrong hands, I assumed they would have better safeguards in place then shipping basic mail. Avoid this company unless you are looking for a new way to allow fraud.

Thanks for your feedback, unfortunately Canada Post is the only economical option, in fact when ordering cheques from the bank they'll ship it with Canada Post regular mail without tracking, at the end we see them all arrive to the destination or they end up being returned to us.
