Excellent and prompt support

I contacted customer support as I was having difficulty in switching medications and they were extremely helpful and reassuring. Even though it was different people each time they had all clearly handed over well or read up on the case so thank you to Chelsea, Christina, Medina and Joe

Avoid if you value your time. Impossible to cancel.

CheqUp is a bit of a mixed bag. The subscription includes clinical oversight and health coaching, which might justify the high price if you actually use those features. If you don't, you’re just overpaying.

The real issue is the customer service. It’s absolutely ridiculous that to cancel, you are forced to speak to someone on the phone. Both the (completely incompetent) AI live chat and the email support told me I could cancel via my online account. However, when I tried, I just got a message saying 'someone will call you.'

It is incredibly deceptive and not customer-friendly at all. They ignore 'no contact' requests and try to trap you in a sales conversation just to stop a subscription. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere

difficulty signing on

I was having difficulty signing on but the coach called me on my phone and walked me through the process, she answered all my queries and arranged for me to contact her again

Changed my mind 5 minutes after ordering as I didn’t want to give personal information and only got part refund ( still charged for p+p) would like to inform readers that you are charged before final stage of order!!! Very disappointed

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable health coaches

Kirsten was a lovely and amazingly helpful health coach to talk with. Had lots of information to help with but didnt overload me on the first talk. No judgment at all and all encouragement and praise. Would definitly suggest booking the call to help keep you on track

Change of email address and login

I needed to update my email address, as I no longer had access to the one originally registered on my account and was therefore unable to log in. I contacted the support team via their help email and received assistance from Jack D.

The response was extremely quick, and the support provided was both helpful and friendly. My issue was resolved promptly and without any complications.

Overall, this was a seamless experience and a great example of efficient, customer-focused service. First-rate support—thank you.

Good focused advice.

Kristen gave me advice on increasing my protein and fluid intake, both of which I am struggling with.She also advised me to eat three protein based meals each day instead of my present two.

I've now reached my target weight.

I've now reached my target weight and feel great both physiologically and physically. The support I've received has been excellent with encouragement from my coach, Alice and an easy to impliment procedure for renewing my prescription. The company have been very professional and I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to succeed with a weight loss regime.

Excellent company - weight-loss medications plus thorough health care.

No problem with ordering or delivery. My monthly weight-loss medication kits arrive quickly and in. easy-to-handle packaging.

I just had a coaching call with a friendly and helpful coach. Kirsten provided me with excellent advice for taking control of my sugar cravings, combatting the effects of allergies and so forth. Afterwards, she sent a bundle of recipes that I can't wait to try.

Brilliant aupport
