Terrible service, I paid extra for a quicker delivery and I’m still waiting to receive my purchase. Customer service is useless. Website and social media ads all look the part but PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL BE LET DOWN

ordered 2 boxes one for my son and daughter nearly a month ago,keep sending me emails saying on its way,I refused the second time and asked for a refund,paid not 1 bit of notice of me and said we've sent your package again,thanks arrianne if you are even real,don't bother here

Absolute garbage, first of all...Edible Arrangements and Sherries Berries need to do better. They advertised this and I was in the Sherries Berries page for this entire purchase...then once I complete the purchase and check the tracking...I see it is coming from China...from a different company...Cherish These. No way I'm getting my products in the 3-8 business days I was supposed to. I ordered on the 2nd of June, two items together, ONE finally made it here yesterday. It was not what I ordered. Looked nothing like what I ordered and did not fit the description of what sold me in the order. The second gift, the MAIN gift, is still stuck in customs. I'm sure it's going to be some cheap second rate TEMU bs also. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. They faked all their Google reviews then turned off the option to leave reviews. Stay far away from Cherish These.

I ordered an urn necklace for my nephew May 13th. It is now June 16th. I thought it was going to arrive around the same month, maybe the end of the month. No one will email me back or stay in the chat to explain to me what is going on. Honestly, If I could have lef this review without having to leave a star, I would have.

I ordered a item. The. They added another item. Called and emailed to cancel. No response. Horrible. Now have to contact my bank.

Don’t purchase anything from this company, it is all garbage from China. When you do purchase it never tells you it is coming from China. Don’t waste your money!!

This is a really nicely put together gift for a loved one. It looks awesome in person and is great for a vanity or desk item to remind your loved one you’re always thinking of them. Much better than flowers that just die in a week! The message has some humor in it, which is a fun touch, and the necklace is very beautiful as well. Will definitely purchase future products!

Ordered on 1st March, delivery was expected to be by 14th March, it is now 20th March and delivery status still says in transit from a China carrier service. Customer service is also slow and not helpful.

I ordered 3 things at once on Feb22 with priority shipping, it's coming from China and I'm in the US so I want to give it the benefit of the doubt. There's no gps tracking and the last update or movement was March7 saying the flight arrived in US. Thing is I live close to the international airport, since then I have received no update as for whether or not a carrier as picked it up to deliver it or not, as far as i know it's been at the airport for 4 days. Priority shipping said 6-8 business days and it's been 19, I'll change my review if I get my items, but I don't think I'm giving 5 stars or ordering from this place again.
