Software Engineer Review

As a software engineer, this system is NOT designed straight forward. There are too many GOTCHA's. For instance. If you drag an image object on a form, there is no obvious discernable way to specify the source of image by right-clicking on the image and viewing properties. Instead, you have to look up to the tool bar at the top of the form and click the CAMERA to specify an image. Who designs software like this?

Then there are many different places to adjust settings.

The product feels like a bunch of developers quit in succession year by year, only to be replaced by other non-experienced developers who PATCHED the functionality up.

If I were Ivanti, I would Redesign Cherwell and change the name so as not to be associated with product failure.
