Good logs plus stacking help
Good quality oak logs...delivered three days after ordering. The driver was ahead of schedule so offered to stack them for me! Don't think this is standard but was welcome bit of added value.
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

I called Cheshirefuels, Lymm, yesterday and was given lots of help and advice from a very knowledgeable member of the team regarding my multi fuel stove. Within a couple of hours they delivered my order.
Brilliant customer service. I will definitely order from them in the future.
It's that time of year when everyone wants wood. Supply chain has been on its backside all year
Cheshire Fuels have the honesty to show that there maybe delivery issues but still delivered my order within a day.
My previous order took longer but I appreciate the honesty policy. Fantastic service!
Ordered and paid for some logs. Six days later, no logs, no replies to email and no responses to phone messages. Utterly dreadful. One star only because no stars not possible.
** update **
A week after I'd posted the review above, and still with no logs, I sent another irate email:
"Cancel this order. You clearly have no intention of delivering the good I have paid for. Your behaviour is abominably bad".
I also raised a recharge with my credit card company, which was immediately credited to my account.
Only after that did the owner bother to respond. He claimed not to have received earlier emails or the voicemail messages I had left. He also assured me that the logs had been dispatched several days before, a claim which, given they had not been delivered and the order on his site was still categorised as "processing", I treat with some scepticism.
He then arranged a refund to my credit card, having been forced into doing so.
I post this update now because he has just had the cheek to send me a marketing email. I'd given him no thought since April.
So, updated motto: take money, don't deliver, eventually make implausible excuses, refund when forced.
