If I could rate ChesQuin with 0 stars I would! An order was placed for 3 side tables from ChesQuin. When they arrived the product was sub-standard, unstable and cosmetically full of rust around the metal joints. We promptly followed their returns policy instruction and raised a returns request which was acknowledged by them on the 04/07/22. Having provided supporting photographic evidence of these faults, we were told on the 07/07/22 that the manufacturer would be in contact to arrange collection. Having chased this via their livechat and subsequently via email on the 15/07/22, 20/07/22 & 21/07/22, we have today (22/07/22) tried again to contact ChesQuin via both their livechat and 0800 001 6570 telephone number but are getting no response. 3 weeks have nearly passed since the return request was raised and ChesQuin has not collected their faulty product and is withholding our money. Our next steps are now to report ChesQuin to the Trading Standards under breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

The first time I tried to order from ChesQuin in Stafford I offered to pay extra for a faster delivery because the bed was a surprise, but they couldn't. I also offered to fetch it hiring a delivery van and driver but they couldn't. So I ordered from London because they advertised between a 3 to 7 day delivery, but as soon as I ordered it, it became a 7 to 10 day delivery. I also tried to order it the same way as the Stafford warehouse as in paying more for a faster delivery but was refused, On top of all that the bed just isn't worth its material value because the nuts and bolts are very cheap. Its made of cheap MDF. So the best way to describe it is mutton dressed as lamb. The only thing good about it is it's solid at the moment and +it looks nice but could trick other people like me as in what materials it's made of.

Good value and very happy with the desk. Was worried looking at reviews and the fact that incouldnt get through on the phone but arrived within the week so overall happy.

My purchase at ChesQuin went well. Communication with customer service by email was fine. Delivery went smoothly and as planned.
My only complaint is this: Living in the Scottish Highlands (mainland) I know sometimes I have to pay extra for delivery. I didn't see anything related to this subject on the website. Once I ordered the item, it took a few days to ChesQuin to come back to me asking for an extra £30 for delivery! Out of £160 already paid, this is not fair. I checked on other sites selling the same piece of furniture and there was clearly stated an extra delivery of £15 for Scottish delivery. I was given the chance to be refunded if I don't agree. I preferred to go ahead rather than going through more complications at this point of transaction.

No communication at all. Only thing they did do right was take money in the first place.

Worst delivery service I have come across. Website said 3-5 days delivery. Now nearly a month... Hugely disappointed. Should have come this week but have heard nothing.

I ordered a dining table for my new home, but quickly realised that it wasn't suitable. I sent a cancellation email but It arrived before any despatch emails from the carrier company. I refused delivery. This was over a week ago, several emails, chat messages and phone calls and no response whatsoever from ChesQuin. I'm beginning to wonder who they are. I'm very worried as the table was over £300 and I want my refund but how can I resolve this issue if no one speaks to me. Beware of this company.
I may have to take it to the small claims court if this continues, I don't know what else to do.

This is such a beautiful plant pot . I’ve used it to repot my huge Swiss cheese yesterday . Perfect size overall. I loved the whitewash - gives it a rustic look to it. I’ve used a plastic liner pot to protect the plant pot . Highly recommended . Standard free delivery .

Absolutely stunning pale pink enamel side table, the pictures do not do it justice. Delivery was on time between 7 to 10 days, I think it arrived on the 8th day after ordering. Actually thinking about ordering another one, that's how much I love it.
