When ordering from a non-EU country, then effectively, you become an importer and become liable to Customs and Excise Duty as well as VAT. We are not allowed to charge taxes/ VAT to customers in non-EU countries, including the UK. Therefore, our prices to customers outside the EU are without VAT, as stated both during Checkout and in our Terms and Conditions.
At check out, you see that the price is excluded VAT (VAT: 0,00 £). To proceed with your order, we ask you to check the box that you have read and agree to our Terms and Conditions, where we once again state that the prices for non-EU-costumers are without VAT. All this information is available before you add your personal and payment. information
Regarding your reimbursement, we have referred to our terms and conditions and informed you that it's being processed after the product is sent back to us and we have received it.
We haven't got any information from UPS about returning your package yet, and, therefore, we have to wait until the package returns to us or until we get more information.
It's true that in our Terms and Conditions, we state that if an unredeemed package is returned to us, we will charge a fee of €50 plus the transportation costs. The reason we do this is that it's costly for us when a package is being returned to us.
However, mistakes can be made, and we have always helped our customers. Up until today, we have never charged this fee.
