The shoes have an attractive design

The shoes have an attractive design, however they are uncomfortable. There is little padding and even less arch support.
After wearing them lest than 4 hours, the elastic is already failing.
I don’t recommend anyone purchasing this company’s shoes until they solve these issues.

Photos don't match products

Ordered a bag - it arrived and was a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT COLOR than on the website. So I e-mailed them, explained and added a picture and screenshot from the website for reference. And then they wouldn't pay for my return eventhough that's false advertising. Horrible costumer service, not even an apology or anything, just rude. Never ordering there again!

Beautiful branding, terrible service – very disappointed


I ordered a bag from Cheval Firenze in March as a birthday gift for my girlfriend. She was thrilled with it – for exactly one week, until the handle broke. For a brand that claims “Made in Italy” quality, this was already disappointing.

I contacted their customer service, and after some back and forth, they told me to return the bag to receive a replacement. I paid for shipping and sent the bag back weeks ago. The tracking shows that the package was delivered, but since then: no confirmation, no refund, no replacement, no communication at all.

This is unacceptable. I followed their instructions, returned the faulty product, and now I’m just left without a bag or my money. This kind of customer service is shameful.

Think twice before buying from this brand. The marketing may be polished, but the after-sales experience is absolutely not.

I bought a burgundy bag in 18th of…

I bought a burgundy bag in 18th of December 2024 and the color was not the same on the picture so i wrote to the customer service to return it. I sent it straight with the same box I received in 19th of December. The women from customer service ( Camilla Fantozzi) told me to send it with the invoice inside. I still did not receive any money back and no one respond to my emails!! Terrible company!! I am so disappointed and regret to pay that much money and not to have it back!

Poor after sales service

Fantastic product, but after sales service is terrible. Unfortunately the leg wraps are not tough enough for everyday use and when require fixing its an extremely long process. I wish the boots came with a decent quality on/off switch and cords attached sturdily to the boot.

Unimpressed.

I ordered from their online shop, where they advertise prices in GBP for UK consumers. What they do not tell you (unless you are one of those people who, after having provided your shipping and payment details, take the time to click on the Terms and Conditions and read through them) is that a few days later you will be contacted by UPS to demand payment of an additional 25%, reflecting VAT and import charges. If you then make the mistake of refusing that payment and politely ask UPS to return the goods to the seller, Cheval will decline to reimburse you in full, and instead deduct €50 and the shipping costs. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

When ordering from a non-EU country, then effectively, you become an importer and become liable to Customs and Excise Duty as well as VAT. We are not allowed to charge taxes/ VAT to customers in non-EU countries, including the UK. Therefore, our prices to customers outside the EU are without VAT, as stated both during Checkout and in our Terms and Conditions.
At check out, you see that the price is excluded VAT (VAT: 0,00 £). To proceed with your order, we ask you to check the box that you have read and agree to our Terms and Conditions, where we once again state that the prices for non-EU-costumers are without VAT. All this information is available before you add your personal and payment. information

Regarding your reimbursement, we have referred to our terms and conditions and informed you that it's being processed after the product is sent back to us and we have received it.
We haven't got any information from UPS about returning your package yet, and, therefore, we have to wait until the package returns to us or until we get more information.

It's true that in our Terms and Conditions, we state that if an unredeemed package is returned to us, we will charge a fee of €50 plus the transportation costs. The reason we do this is that it's costly for us when a package is being returned to us.
However, mistakes can be made, and we have always helped our customers. Up until today, we have never charged this fee.

Super for lameness issues

My 4 year old horse had lameness issues ever since we got him at 3 years old. We had no concrete diagnosis, just not right. We tried the boots and with regular use he's remained sound for 6 months. We’re getting the sheet to help his pelvis and back as these lights seem more effective than the ones in traditional horse solariums.
