No customer service if you are not in the US
I was in love with Chi products until I purchased a Chi hair straightener and after 3 uses, the digital display stopped working so I contacted the customer service in America if tge can provide any help and they have simply apologised because I reside in Australia.
Only US residents get the help!!
I don't recommend if you are living out of America, waste of money after only 3 uses
