Amazing service & product guarantee

My 1st Equitonic 9 and only had it for a few weeks when my dog tried getting up and the E9 fell off landed in a puddle of water from the dogs water bowl.
Never fear, Chi Institute is here and they fixed it pronto ! And still under warranty. Phew ! Thanks for everything. I'm back up and running and working on my dog again. Fast return and the E9 is helping with my dogs cancer. Thanks Chi Institute for everything !

I received five star treatment when I…

I received five star treatment when I sent in a Chi vibrating phone piece to have it checked and fixed. They informed me of what to expect related to time, guarantees, parts and replacements. It was completed efficiently, with excellence and care. The piece looks like new and works perfectly! I am very thankful to have my Infratonic QGM Chi working well again. Thank you!

I needed a new battery and the person I…

I needed a new battery and the person I spoke with was most helpful and explained how to install my battery when it arrived. The battery arrived very quickly and that was a pleasant surprise.
I understand that the Infratonic is being use alot for COVID, please send or email me some information about this.

I had a problem with rattling on inside…

I had a problem with rattling on inside of my device. Dropped few times and my unit is many years old. I sent it back and they promptly fixed the issue and it is just like new. They were so courteous about it all.

Of course I have to add that I would not be without my Infratonic. It has been a Godsend!

Great service

Great service, product and repair. Love my infratonic 9, after repair the thing just keeps on going the battery last forever. The people at the company are super helpful and friendly. No complaints and am so impressed that I probable will buy everything they have to offer.

Easy to find the battery I needed and was shipped right away. Great tracking and it arrived ahead of schedule. Sooo happy with the price too and that I can replace the battery to continue using my Infratonic 9.

Excellent Everything!!

I have a long history with this company and its products. Most recently I had an experience with a repair for one of my machines that's at least 20 years old. It was a wonderful experience. Not only did they take care of the repair quickly but they also were friendly and helpful in the process.
My husband and I are well into our 70's and have had more than 2 decades of being pain free and active thanks to CHI Institute.
I will also be buying one of their newer products
