Do not buy anything from this site

Do not buy anything from this site, its a scam site, no product sent, tried to track and no such tracking number on any delivery sites, tried to email and was told they had been delivered, checked on their tracking site and it was in chinese, and it wouldnt show me proof of delivery, emailed again and got no where, scam site

OMG !! SCAMMER ALERT ⚠️

OMG !!! PEOPLE PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM CHIC-LUCKY. THEY SHOULD BE CALL CHIC-UNLUCKY !
I PURCHASED AN ITRM AY £16 EARLY NOVEMBER AND ITS THE 10TH OF DECEMBER! STILL NOT ARRIVED 😡
THEY EMAILED MY OVER 5 TIMES SAYING DO NOT POST ANYTHING NEGATIVE ON FACEBOOK OR ELSEWHERE. TOUGH I AM...A VERY BAD COMPANY 'SCAMMERS'

Not at all value for money damaged on delivery .

I have received my deliver after quite a long wait and opened them to find them snagged . Very disappointed.

Long delivery time but good item

[updated review following delivery of item]. Item delivered after 3+ weeks. Presumably from China. Lack of communication around delivery but item is actually as described and good quality from what I can tell. I now have trouble loading the company website which my browsers pick up as fake. A shame as the order was actually good.

Item finally received but faulty. Unable to get a human to respond

Still not received parcel ordered 18 november. Contacted merchant via their email 2 days ago and they haven't responded. Will be contacting bank to get a refund and charge back. Likely Scam chinese company
EDIT: Item finally received after 16 days. Item faulty with seam coming away and under material showing through. Emailed and send pics to show. Company responded to ask if wanted a replacement. I have replied back to state yes but keep getting the same computer generated email back asking do I want a replacement over and over.
Absolutely terrible company. Going to Bank now for a refund as cannot get a human response. Item going in bin.
Recommend you Do not buy from this sham company

The item never arrived

The item never arrived. They tried to show shipping details which said left at door. Yodel had no information. There was no signature and no photograph. Also not an email to say it had been delivered. Wouldn't touch them. Don't waste your money. I am now trying to resolve via Paypal.

These are amazing, no strong smells no harsh chemicals, 5 stars

So I found out about these nail art pens of an ad on Facebook.and got to admit I was unsure about buying these, because it's leading up to Christmas and there's loads of scams on social media. But I'm so glad I bought them. They are so easy to use, they wash off the don't stain. I bought them as a Xmas present for my 9 year old daughter. And was too excited to wait so give them her early. And they are so good, don't have to do multiple layers to see the colour as they are nice bright and vibrant. I've recommended them to all my friends with kids because they are just that good. I've shared them on my social media and advised people to get them. I will definitely be buying more

If I could I would give them 0 stars

If I could I would give them no stars. I bought a mug which was meant to make a chicken noise and it doesn’t. It is not worth the money. They offered me 20% to spend on their website but refused, now I’m getting ignored.
I asked for a refund and want to return the item that was wrongly described.
Avoid!

Items not as advertised!

Received a mug that was not as advertised.
Emailed to ask for refund and how to return item. Had a response saying would refund half the cost....have now emailed 4 times to say a full refund is required and no response has been received! Avoid buying anything from this company. They ask for customers not to leave negative feedback and that issues will be resolved to the customers satisfaction...this is clearly not the case.

Refund…

It took a lot of toing and froing but today I finally got a full refund for the mug I ordered that was not as advertised. Stick in people you will get there in the end.

Absolutely shocking company and products

Absolutely shocking company.
Placed order for item. Fast delivery took 3 weeks.
When the item finally arrived it was nothing at all like the product i ordered.
Fleece lined thermal trouser ordered- recieved the thinest material trouser with the shorted of legs and waistband only a 5yr old child could slide into.
Avoid this company and its shocking products.
