Great guide, clean boats.

Not only was the tour guide Kenny very knowledgeable, but also funny and made the tour more fun and enjoyable (it was kind of chilly). Would definitely recommend to future tourists! Do the 90min ride!

Our guide was exceptional!

The speaker was focusing on price and financial information of the buildings without going through more architecture insights.
In addition, she spoke very fast and it was hard to understand what she was saying (I have been living and working in the US for 20 years and I could understand only 60% of it). I had a guest from Italy who had a very hard time enjoying the tour.

Oh my gosh, this is a must to do if you are in Chicago. So much rich history and the views from the boat were spectacular. Dave was extraordinarily professional and his knowledge of the different architectural styles within each building was very inspiring. He made a joke in the beginning that the tour was gonna be 3 hours long and I wouldn’t have mind it at all.

The entire experience was fantastic! Booking was effortless, the check-in location was easy to find, and the tour was an absolute blast! Bobby was a perfect balance of funny (punny- one might even say he rocks; best not take him for granite!) and educational. Even in the rain, it was a highlight of our time in Chicago.

One of our party was ill the day of the tour - we didn't want to cancel but just reschedule to next week. Impossible and no flexibility to do so

We'll try to be more thoughtful the next time and schedule our daughter's ear infection at a more convenient time.

This tour oversells tickets and our party of three was unable to sit on the upper deck. Although they advertise a “climate controlled lower deck”, if you are forced to sit on the lower deck, you are unable to hear the tour guide due to poor speakers and engine noise. You also are unable to see anything on the opposite side of the boat. This was a complete waste of our money. Also, the staff that checks you in was unfriendly and unhelpful.

All of the staff and crew were friendly and helpful. The guide was incredibly knowledgeable and delightful. I learned so much! We left on time and had a lovely ride. All in all a great experience.

The 90 minute Lake & River tour was lovely, but I would consider making the River section longer and shortening the lake section. It felt unbalanced and I wanted more info about the architecture!

We are locals and found this to be an excellent architecture boat tour! The boat was spacious and accommodated a large group comfortably. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable about Chicago’s architecture and history, while also being funny and entertaining throughout the tour. It started raining during our trip, and I really appreciated that ponchos were available for everyone. Despite the weather, we enjoyed the experience tremendously. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Chicago—or even locals who want to learn more about the city.

Each member of the crew was lovely and took great care of the passengers, from the steward welcoming us onto the boat, to the smiling captain, and of course the gregarious and highly informative and entertaining tour guide Mr. Jack Pickard! (I wish I’d gotten the names of the other two gentlemen, but unfortunately the cruise was packed and I didn’t get the chance, darn it!

An entertaining guide, a beautiful day and 8 family and friends make for a fantastic 90 minutes on the river

Weather was beautiful and our guide was super knowledgeable about all the buildings, and had a great sense of humor.

It was informational. It was a good tour and it was very relaxing.

Over crowded.

Not kid friendly or family with strollers.
