Be cautious
I am writing this review because I want to warn others about this company and I will write on every platform where I can post to help save others from going with this company. I paid this moving company over 600 dollars to move my 1 bdrm apt. The price was not the issue; it was the people who are involved with the company. If you speak to someone by the name of Danielle, please make sure that you have her thoroughly go over the paperwork and read the fine print because there are hidden fees that they are not as upfront about. Ask about any and everything additionally that you could be charge for. When I told her I wanted to file a complaint, she indicated to me that she was the manager, and I only could complain to her, or she could send my complaint to I guess whoever owns the company and have them contact me. It has been almost a month (they moved me Feb 28th, 2026) I have not heard back from anyone regarding my concerns via email or phone call. She was not helpful at all and only gave an apology which felt empty because nothing has been done, not even a phone call from someone else from this company to address my concerns. They were only concerned about receiving their money and since they got it, nothing else mattered. They changed the time that they were supposed to come and I never got an update on that until they were 30 minutes away which they came a lot earlier then I was originally told and when I called Danielle to ask about it, she said she had no idea that the time had changed until the last minute but yet, she is the manager so I am not sure how this got passed her. The movers, omg, they got into an argument, and I thought they were honestly going to come to blows, because that is how heated it got. There were two movers, an Asian and African American guy. The Asian individual I believe did a way better job with handling my things then the African American guy and I believe that is why they were arguing because the AA guy seemed to be careless and in a rush. There were new things were damaged (that GOD they offer insurance) but I still will need to get those things fixed or replace. I would suggest this company have other managers who actually cares reach back out to customers, have movers who know what they are doing and not asking customers for a tip which is what one of the movers did, and to go over the paperwork a little more thoroughly or at least include what is most significant for the customers to know when you are explaining price and their process. Also, if there is a time change to follow up with the customer to let them know.
