I had a terrific experience with this company. For me, it was great.

My daughter and her friend, who are both 18, were treated so poorly. The employee di dnot help them AT ALL and was rude. Did not help them clip the dresses, responded to their questions with "I dont know" with no eye contact and they were the only ones int he store. When I contacted the company their response was "we will speak to the employee". Not good enough.

This was my first time to order a prom dress online. I ordered a yellow Sherri Hill #52953. I can't say enough wonderful things about Mona, the online manager. They back their 100% competitor's price guarantee and free shipping. I ordered the dress on 12/28/2019 and received it on I/16/2020. I was nervous to open the box because I thought it wasn't going to turn to be anything like the dress online. I cried when I finally opened it and discovered the most gorgeous dress inside. It was even more beautiful than online.
Thank you so much for helping to make this experience for my 17 year old going to her first prom a dream come true.

The customer service was amazing! I was in a last minute time crunch. I was having trouble finding the perfect dress for my daughter’s prom. I called and emailed with multiple questions and the response times were great and the representatives, especially Mona, were always pleasant and helpful. I ended up purchasing a dress that Mona recommended. She gave me the details and item number so I could look it up online and it was perfect! The dress came before the anticipated delivery date and it was exactly as pictured. My daughter looked even better than I had hoped. I am a customer for life! Thank you so much!!!!

I recently had the pleasure of speaking to Mona at Chic Boutique regarding my daughters Sweet 16 dress; she had her eye on one on the online store . Nervous about ordering the wrong size I called in with questions. She not only helped tremendously but went above and beyond by placing the order herself and speaking to dress manufacturers to make sure we would have it in time for her event .
