My account was blocked and I was unable to retrieve it money.
Hello, I tried buying cryptocurrency for the first time and it was successful. However, my account was blocked the second time, and the money wasn't sent or returned to my account. Please contact me. Technical support isn't responding. My second attempt with them was a failure. Please explain what happened and where the money is. I have the order number and everything is recorded. I had a large sum of money to buy Crypto, the only way to do that was through an exchange company. ChicksX is close to where I live, so I chose them after I checked out their 4.4/5 business rating. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE CALLED ME A LIAR
I went to sell my last SOL in order to pay some bills like I usually do with these guys, and for some reason they sent the e-transfer to the last email they had on file, not the one I inputted. Unable to access that bank account so I lost the money and customer service called me a liar and said I didn't input a new email. Now I can't pay my bills and I'm called a liar. That was a glitch. Another one was when I actually inputted that email, they didn't auto deposit to that account they sent an email to my main account attached to my chicksx and made me manually deposit it. That was another glitch. Yet their customer support says their system is perfect with zero complaints or glitches. From my perspective because of the second glitch I mentioned it wouldn't matter if I did put that email because their system made me manually deposit anyway. But I didn't put that email, I changed it with very much real intent and I have a clear memory of it so the system glitched and they robbed me and refused to pay me. I'll change this review if I get my money and customer service prevails. I even said, if I were to rob you I'd of done it with 100 SOL not 0.99 for 115$ Canadian. I've got bills that I can't pay now, I'm even going to lose a custom 2 letter domain with immense value to me now because the system I trusted failed and the customer support I trusted doubly failed and called me a liar to my face. I'm livid.

Document every transactions, keep following up regarding issues(deposits handling), all employees are very respectful to clients. The only request as a customer is to make the transaction faster to be less than an hour all the time! No much follow-up needed, again there is always room for improvement. Good job chicks-X.

I am updating my previous review. After a rocky start and some communication issues regarding my order, the company reached out and processed a full refund to my account.
I can confirm that ChicksX is not a scam and they are legitimate, but it seems that some situations require public intervention or a review to get a quick response from their support. I appreciate that they eventually solved the problem professionally. If you have issues, don’t give up – they do honor their refund policy.
