Please read all the one star review as the rest of the reviews are bots. The customer services is a nightmare over 20 emails back and forth. Multiple pictures sent and I still do not have confirmation they will accept my return. The dresses arrived in poor condition. One of the zippers was broken and the other one the lining did not fit the size ( which seems to be a theme) the keep trying to negotiate to keep the gown and a partial refund. $42 to rebuild the dress plus my time I’d not worth it. I want a full refund! Such a frustrating experience. This company’s is shady and fraudulent

BEWARE

BEWARE: This company is impossible to return to, and the dress I received was of poor quality. Their guarantee of a 100% refund has so far proven to be false. They require extensive photographs of the item, the packaging, the tracking number within 7 days of delivery to you, and after providing all of this it still took four days of correspondence before they would give me an address to return the item to. I have a string of over 15 emails back and forth (there is no phone #) where I have had to reiterate my request for a return with refund again and again. The replies have repeatedly offered a "coupon" for a fraction of the purchase price ($46 for a $180 dress) despite my clear requests for a refund.

I am guessing some of the 5-star reviews with suspicious syntax errors are manufactured by their own people. I see other 1-star reviews describing the same issues I'm having, and the responses from the company are complete rubbish. Their "customer service" is not addressing anything, and I've already described what happens when you follow their suggestion to "reach out" to them for resolution. A lot of runaround. They are just trying to appear helpful and cooperative but in fact they are anything but. Buy at your own risk.

UPDATE: The reply below from Chiclody is just as I expected. They say I should contact their customer service. I have sent over 15 emails. They list no phone number anywhere on their site. They have their merchandise back, as confirmed by the USPS, and they still have the full amount I paid for it. I have not been refunded one cent. DO NOT USE THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY.

I ordered a dress size US 10 and they…

I ordered a dress size US 10 and they sent me Uk 10. The dress material is ok but it was too small for me , I could not even close the button. On their website it says they accept returns , but now when I asked for refund they say they can only refund $8 and I can keep the dress that I paid $167 . And saying they don’t have facilities for returns in any other countries apart from China and US.
I am very disappointed. I was meant to wear this dress to the wedding.
I would not recommend anyone to buy from them mainly if you don’t live in china or USA.

Don't buy from this company

I should have read reviews before ordering. Aside from the item not bearing any resemblance to the picture and being poorly constructed, they sent me the wrong color. They won't issue a return authorization and offered to refund me $21 for a $156 dress! Disgraceful!

Buyer Beware .... Don't shop here

While they show lovely evening dresses BUYER BEWARE. They are poorly constructed, very heavy fabrics, Stitches that were already loose and zippers that overlapped fabric.

When I tried to return for product defects, they said NO. Products are as is. Offered me a coupon to buy another substandard product or $55 back (to cover the shipping back to them). No RMA process, No addresses (and an offer to send it back to them in China).

Don't suffer this company and their poorly made dresses. Lesson Learned!

Better than expected. The material is soft and the style is very flattering. It is comfortable, cute and easy to care for. So comfortable and got a discount from the nice customer service, I bought another dress in a different style and my friend bought the same one.

IMPOSSIBLE AND UNETHICAL

This company is IMPOSSIBLE AND UNETHICAL! The day I received my dresses, I knew they were not for me so followed their return instructions precisely. They take days to reply and continue offering coupons and discounted prices for me to keep them without providing the return address so I can ship these back. I have reached out 8 times!!!! I keep telling them I just want to return the dresses. If I could give them a 0 or negative numbers, I would. If anyone has their return address, please share. This is a time sensitive matter and they continue ignoring my request to simply provide their address for refund to my original payment form. BEWARE!

SCAM Return Policy

PLEASE do not order anything from this company!!!

I ordered elegant pink dress (over $200) for my 50 birthday and and I received dress that doesn’t look like dress I ordered.. plus it was poor quality and it was damaged too.. I sent so many requests asking them to send me instructions on how to return dress with no success.. they send me e-mail in quotes below and of course I rejected it… as I mentioned above this dress was over $200..
After that I sent few more e-mails and they did not respond yet..

“We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. We understand that your situation may require some assistance, and we are here to help. As a resolution, we would like to present you with two options:

1. Refund of $30 to your original payment method.
2. OR we can provide you with a coupon code valued at $35, which you can use for future purchases.
Please note that you will not be required to return the item to us in either case. We want to ensure that you have a hassle-free experience.
Could you please let us know which option you would prefer? We are looking forward to your reply”

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Long delay to arrive then very poor quality and the sizing so wrong it wont go near me. Nothing in the package to say what to do and had to search to even find an email. after chasing twice I got a robot reply offering me $15 and keep the dress, a dress that was poor quality and miles too small and cost £125!! I said no , that I want a refund so was then offered a £100 voucher against more poor quality stuff. Again no!. so was told that to return i had to pay postage to Texas- God knows what that will cost, send photos of the package, the receipt, the tracking etc etc. Refund would then be 5-7 days after they receive it. Except it wont will it because this a very much a scam to get you to buy poor quality at high cost and no chance of refund. DO NOT BUY FORM THIS LOT

If I could give this company zero stars…

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I was just told by Chiclody that they do not do returns on any swimwear, shoes, and accessories. This is completely unlawful according to trading standards and I will contact the Ombudsman to make an official complaint.

Do not buy anything from this company.

If I could give less then a one star I…

If I could give less then a one star I would. Took over a month to ship the item after I had to follow up. When I got the outfits they looked nothing like the picture. Even though it states there is a 60 day return they ate up part of that time delaying shipping and then gave 7 days after repeated emails to return it with all these conditions. I did that and they received it 13 days ago and still no refund. This is horrible.

NO RETURNS!!!!

I gave 1 star because this is the minimum possible.
This company is deceptive. They claim you can return a dress, but when I tried to return a defective one (the zipper wouldn’t close), they initially offered me a $30 refund for a dress that cost $150. I refused, and then they offered a 100% coupon, but I had to send the dress back and pay for the return shipping (which, in my case, was $30).
They have already received my dress, but since I sent them the required email with the package photo and receipt, they have completely stopped responding. I have sent three follow-up emails, yet I have received no response, and no store credit or coupon has appeared in my account.
This company is a scam and should be shut down for deceiving customers. Many people are falling for this scam, because the web site looks professional and serous, but it isn't at all! I am here to warn others so fewer people get tricked by this awful company.
