I am so disappointed with this company, they delivered my items to the incorrect address and refused to resend or refund me for the purchase. I will never order from them again

First time buying but the experience was very good

I love ChicMe. I have ordered from them numerous times and have never been disappointed. The quality of their clothes is exceptional and the clothes are true to what you see, Gorgeous!!

It was what went wrong last time! I have purchased a lot of items and ONE time and ONE item something wasn't good and you guys are mean and won't help with return and having to beg, keep explaining and you still owe me $21.00 that was never credited back after confirmed it was delivered.

If i could give zero stars i would !!! like others have said regarding Refunds/Returns , it's pointless , you won't get your money back & you have to pay to post them to America !!! and that's if they even respond to you !! the clothes aren't that great for the price they are , will never shop here again , lesson learned , BEWARE !!

Now you can forget everything it says since it’s all bull.
My wife received an order. The apparel looked similar to what she ordered but was too big and the quality was poor.
We attempted to refund it over the last week and got one offer after another, from a 10% refund to 50% through the week.We made it clear we wanted to return the entire order for a full refund, we kept getting runaround messages in return.
The last one said take the 50% or we will be responsible for sending the order back at our cost. At that point we caved in and asked for that refund after a lesson learned. Still waiting for the refund.
We will donate the junk to a charity thrift store.

Terrible do not order anything you will not get your order. They keep telling me they will send another one and another one. They will not give you a refund. DO not Order anything!!! Be warned !!!!!!!!!!

Easy shopping

Clothes have horrible quality. Fabrics are see through. Took almost 3 weeks to deliver and no way to track packages.
Asked for refund the day I received the clothes and asked for the refund, they ordered me 10% back only and when I didn’t accept they say there’s a problem on the system and they can’t provide return labels for indeterminate time and that I should pay to return the items to them. Just don’t make sense

Convenience of shopping.

The sizes are not true sizes. When I went to try and return it, they said 14 days from the day it was shipped. well it also takes another 15 days just to get to you. I have to tell you I will never purchase anything from this place again.
I think it’s time to go back into regular stores because online just doesn’t seem to be working. By the way, I am only getting 10% back on a refund and they told me to keep the two blouses that don’t even fit that is total BS.
