Horrible customer service when they screw up your order. Will not re-ship when they send wrong sizes and will not refund either.

I wrote a previous negative review because their tracking doesn't update I thought I got scammed after waiting 27 days but one pair of shoes came today and they are as described they need to update their tracking and have better customer service.

Ordered a few items now and have been very impressed with the quality.

It offered $50 off first purchase but there is no code or no way to apply it. Couldn't figure it out. I went ahead and ordered but that offer is what took me to the site

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!I ORDERED A DRESS AND SHOES FOR MY DAUGHTER'S WEDDING THREE YEARS AGO. I NEVER RECEIVE THE MERCHANDISE! I AM STILL PISSED ABOUT IT BECAUSE I DIDNT GET A REFUND AND THEY CONTINUOUSLY LIED AND STALLED ABOUT THE REFUND. THEY EVEN PRETENDED TO HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER. CALLED THE POST OFFICE IT SAID THAT THEIR WAS A TRACKING NUMBER BUT THE PACKAGE INFO WAS NEVER ATTACHED TO IT! THEY ARE ON THE U.S. FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY RADAR! REPORT IT !!! REPORT IT BECAUSE THESE REVIEWS DO NOT REALLY REPRESENT THE TYPE OF COMPANY THIS IS! THEY SUCK ON ALL LEVELS!! I WISH HAD THEBOPTION TO GIVE THEM A 0 ON ALL LEVELS. TRUSTPILOT PLEASE CONSIDER ADDING A 0 OPTION TO REVIEW. IT IS AN INSULT TO THE US e-COMMERCE SYSTEM THAT THIS COMPANY STILL ABLE TO SCAM US CITIZENS. IT IS A MOCKERY AND A SHAME TO THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA!!

Please Don’t waste your time ordering from Chicme they don’t want to refund and the clothes are rubbish and not as described on their website
They use images from clothes but it’s not what you get they don’t want to refund you either I received dresses that had no stretch and completely different material from the ones they had on there website

Items were good quality. I checked the return policy before ordering and it says you have 14 days to return after receiving parcel but return is at customer’s expense. Have currently been in contact with customer service for 2 days and they are not letting me return a parcel that I received about 4 days ago, instead offering me a 10% refund and to keep the items. The items do not fit so are no good to me. I keep telling them that and that I want a refund but they are dragging it out and not giving me a return address. Terrible experience. I feel tricked by their return policy as I never would have ordered from them if the return policy reflected their actual practice

Experience was great . Hopefully this account is trustworthy

I ordered four items from them only one item fit the other three did not fit. I’m trying my hardest to get my refund and return. They will not send me the address to return the items I’ve done everything I’m supposed to do all they do is keep negotiating with me first they offered me 10% then 20% and then 30%. I don’t want to percentage back and to keep the items they do not fit. I want to return them but for some reason, they’re not sending me the address to return them. They’re giving me the runaround and this is the first time I’ve ever ordered from them.
