Terrible service. Extremely long wait for awful clothes from china. I’m not sure what “size chart” they use but everything everything was extremely small. Like child size small. An XXL looks like a kids shirt and the pants were a joke. Terrible quality and service and product but boy they sure took my money quickly. I’m sure I will be stuck with these rags. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY. RIP OFF.

I ordered a pair of casual stripped pants and a cotton shirt July 2 the money came off my credit card immediately. I did not hear anything for 3 weeks and sent a number of e mails the response was please be patient we are processing the order.
After 4 weeks I was given a traking number which showed my order was sitting in a warehouse for shipping in China. After 2 more weeks it finally arrived in Canada and was delivered on th 12th of August.
The pants are a nylon blend and cheaply made I wore them around the house for 1 hour and the seam split so they are now garbage.
The shirt is very thin and small I am afraid that the fabric will tear with any movement.

This company is a total rip off the products are poor quality and poorly made.

Do not be taken in by them this is a scam !
I am very upset that I have been ripped off.

Ordered a jumpsuit from Chicmolly in May. Still no delivery as of August 12. All email inquiries are returned auto reply. Blanket message stating due to high demand for the product I ordered, this has delayed my delivery. However they are working hard to give me excellent customer service.
Do not order from this site.

If you have ordered something from his company - as I stupidly did - call your credit card company and they will get rid of the charge.

I ordered clothes from them and after a month they had not arrived. I contacted them via chat and email and told them not to bother shipping them. A week later in spite of my multiple contacts they shipped them and now they expect me to pay to return them to China, if I want a refund. I have no use for these clothes now and the quality is appalling. Do not under any circumstances do business with this company, you may as well throw your money out of your car window.

Ordered 2 jumpsuits nearly a month ago. They have not arrived and I am not getting any response to my requests for a refund. AVOID! Fraudulant company.

Horrible company Horrible products. I ordered several clothing items in mid June 2018. The website said they would arrive in 7-10 days. I did not receive most for 8 weeks. They did not respond to my email inquiries (except with a generic unhelpful email on the first time I followed up) and the package tracking was all Chinese when you click on details. The worst part is that the merch is cheaply made and all of the sizes were completely wrong - meaning a XXL for my daughter would hardly fit a 10 year old child. The size 10 shoes - one pair was way too big on me and the other way too small. Both were size 10. Not put together well.

I'm furious. I wanted weeks for the delivery of a pair of their baggy pants for women. The item was advertised as linen. What arrived wasn't even cotten. The pockets are crooked. The seam shredded the first time I tried the pants on. The elastic band is bunched up. And it took weeks for the item to arrive. I have asked for a refund. I doubt I will get it. This junky, worst made item came from China.

I am so disappointed by this company. I ordered clothing over a month ago. They were efficient at charging my credidi card but the clothes have yet to arrive. I tried to cancel payment through paypal, which they use. Paypal automatically hangs pup on customers waiting more that 3 minutes to speak to a representative. The link sent by Chicmolly to track the package is in another language and is not operational even with just tracking numbers. SAVE YOUR MONEY! Shop elsewhere!

Popped up on my FB feed. I should have checked where the items were made and being shipped from. I emailed the first day of the order because they deducted my account without waiting until the items shipped. No response - Tried to cancel. No response for days. The order date was 07.09.18 and I am still waiting......Never again.

Avoid! Very poor quality and ships over a month after the order.

Me and a friend ordered trousers from Chicmolly. Both fell apart within the first day. The worst standard I’ve ever seen on any garnet ever.

I was suckered into buying from this company through an instagram ad. The order took a month to arrive. I tried cancelling the order after the first two weeks but received no response. When the order did arrive, I was appalled. I realized that what this 'company' does is steal photos probably from other legit companies, and then attempt to recreate the clothing using the cheapest materials and lack of any skill in matching the actual cut or size. I am attempting to report them for bad business practices. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THIS SCAM!!

Almost a full month after placing an order with Chicmolly, I still don't have anything from them and no way of telling when the partial order they supposedly shipped will arrive. (The tracking site seems to have the package stuck still in China and not moving toward the United States.) No word on the rest of the order at all. I've contacted Chicmolly several times requesting either an explanation or a refund, and the best I've gotten is a "we'll ship your order asap" reply more than 2 weeks after taking my money and over a week before they even initiated a shipment. I won't order from Chicmolly again, regardless of the condition of the clothes once they eventually arrive.

I ordered June 3, It is now July 30th, and still haven't even processed my order but they certainly took my money the day of order. Would NEVER EVER USE ANY CHINA based companies for clothing orders.

It's been 43 days since my order to chicmolly.Trustpilot they responded with a swift email. Saying to be patient and give them a few days. I was so eager to get my order I waited. 43 days later still no order. Beware of Chicmolly. They take your money instantly and you wait and wait for your order.

Two pieces of cloth that you would use as cleaning rags barely sewn together- Lesson painfully learned - The Chinese sale sites are just worthless and support a verrrrrry immoral labor model-

Don't buy from this company! Their sizes are very very small, at least compared to Australian sizes, and there is virtually no returns process outside of their country unless you are prepared to pay for postage yourself and/or go through a Paypal complaints process.

DO NOT order anything from this site. They are located in China. It takes about 2 months to get the merchandise after contacting paypal for help. When the shoes and blouse arrived, they are horrible quality and too small to wear. I have sent 3 emails on how to return the junk for a refund with no answer. Paypal is helping with a refund. STAY AWAY.
