Poor quality clothing, poor customer service. Unable to return or exchange saying it cost too much to return. All they offer is coupon codes to purchase more when you already do not like the items you have.
As other reviewers stated, the quality of the products from Chicnowa is awful. The fabric was cheap polyester, although in the description it said cotton blend. Strings were hanging from one garment and the sewing was awful. My two items were completely unwearable. I emailed to company to initiate a return and they said I had to mail it back at my expense ($23). 3 months later, they claim they never received the return and will not refund me. Now I'm out even more money and don't have a product in hand at all! Terrible customer service, but you won't have to deal with that if you never order from them. Don't. The photos look pretty, but in person these garments are not worth even 1/2 the low prices they charge.
I spent $140 on this site on 6 items. They only sent me 3! Of the three, they are cheap, horrible fabric that doesn't look anything like on the website. I'm still waiting to hear back about my order and the missing pieces. SCAM! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I am about to open a dispute with paypal!
Chicnowa is a complete RIP OFF! They advertise heavily on Instagram and Facebook to get customers and then rip them off!!
The products are made of material that is garbage, cheap, and poorly made. I went to return the items and it will cost $188 US dollars to ship back to Shanghai China. And before they offered an address to return the product they said I could just gift the clothes to a friend. Are you kidding me?!
Any legitimate business provides shipping labels with a standard return fee or even free returns for unwanted products. This is a complete SCAM!!
Worst customer service I've ever experienced. My item showed up over two months after I ordered it, although I tried to cancel my order multiple times and even opened a dispute with PayPal. The fabric is sheer, cheap, and unwearable. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. LESSON LEARNED!!!
Ordered a dress when it arrived it was made out of a completely different fabric, the skirt was literally sewn in upside-down, and the fit was awful.
