This is not an "easy returns" company
Having read their customer information regarding deliveries and ease of returning I felt confident in placing my order. Sadly my chosen item was unsuitable. I immediately contacted them for returns information. First I was offered a 10% discount and a discount voucher for my next purchase, which I did not want. Secondly I was offered a 15% discount and a discount voucher for future order, which again I did not want, the item I had purchased was not suitable , why would I want to keep it!? So this is when the "easy to return" proved to be anything but. Although they have a UK distribution warehouse I was told I had to , at my own expense return the item to Canada, this would have been £20.70 (we have had postal price increases since then )my package weighed less than 500 grms. Which worked out to just under half of the cost of my item, I would have to send them online proof of postage and then wait up to 40 days for the item to be received in Canada and refund made, surprisingly, this item is now in a local charity shop, this is not my idea of "easy returns" , not a mistake I will be repeating.

Ordered and have been asked to leave a review, they said leave a review an we will refund 100% of your order if you’re in the top 10 reviews. - having read reviews it looks like they do this to everyone with no refund.
