Frustrating experience
Ordered two items to find out payment had been taken with the items being out of stock .
After going back and forwards with emails being told I have to choose another item or a gift voucher as I couldn’t get a refund and it was always an automated response as well , a very frustrating experience and I would not use this company again .
I finally did get a refund .
