II am very satisfied with the dress I bought.

I needed to make an exchange for a size and their customer service was amazing! Very thorough and personable. I was impressed.

Overall, I had a really good experience with customer service. They were very helpful in resolving my account and shipping issues, and I truly appreciate the support they provided. Everything was explained clearly, and my concerns were handled well.

The only thing I would mention is that response times could be a bit faster, but I understand they are likely busy. Aside from that, the service was great and very helpful!

Chicwish offers fashions not readily found in one place and, considering the high quality, at an extraordinary value. I tentatively made my first purchase a month ago, received my order (a lovely vest and long flirty flowered skirt) and almost immediately placed a second order. Beautiful items and Great Value -- what more could you ask for?!

I have ordered several times from Chicwish, the site it’s self is good to use, the information on products is spot on and so far I’ve had no issues ordering the right size.
Quality of the clothing is great and to a good standard, will continue to go back an use them.
It’s very hard not to keep adding items to the basket!

Beautiful clothes and high quality materials

I bought this dress hoping I would like it - When it arrived about 9 days later I couldn't believe the quality! It doesn't wrinkle and looks perfect on me. I wore it for Easter and so many people told me they loved my dress. I told them where I bought it and they couldn't believe the price. I am 5'5" tall and weigh 124# 36C - Bought a medium and it fit me perfectly.

Beautiful selection of well made dresses to choose from. Delivery was quick and on time. Only one dress fit, but that is to be expected when ordering online...the dress that fit is stunning and would have been three times the price in a high end fashion store. Super happy with the experience and highly recommended to all my friends who complimented my dress.

I love buying from Chicwish. Their dresses, skirts, tops, etc. are beautiful and well made. I have several pieces from them. Though it takes a little bit to arrive, it is worth the wait. I have been a loyal customer for some time now.

Their customer service is very difficult to reach. If something goes wrong, it can be challenging to get a timely response—especially on weekends—and responses often feel like templates rather than addressing specific issues.

That said, I really love the quality of the clothes I purchased. They look exactly like the pictures, if not better. Aside from one piece that was a bit tight and had to be returned, I’m very happy with the items overall.
