I give 2 stars because I Got my order But it took Them 5 days just to send my order from the Day I ordered. And when I finally after 16 days Got my order I saw that it was bad quality. On the shoes there was glue all over. It is just an expensive SHEIN and Temu site. Not worth the money! And I was promised a dog treat cook book and discount and I got nothing.
I tried to order boots for my sister's pupp but the company just floundered around 2023 Christmas season, provided no updates on my order almost two months later until I had to ask via email if they were going to honor the purchase so that I can expect an ETA.
I was further disappointed that the company response to my email was to just assume I wanted my money back without any customer support related to the purchase order in first attempt.
This website is amazing.. I order some things for my dogs and even is corona time, all the things are deliverd in express time..And also, guys from chihuahuaempire.com send me a gift - a beautifull colar for one of my dogs..Thank you guys!
