SCAM COMPANY

I can confirm this company is a total scam.

they list new release items and take payments but never dispach orders. no reply to emails etc

CHARGE BACK WITH YOUR CARD COMPANY SO THEY LOSE BANKING SERVICES EVERY ! - credit card and debit card users all need to query the transaction and get them shut down.

JUST DONT USE THEM ‼️ SCAM

FAKE TRACKING

SENT 5 EMAILS & 2 DIRECT MESSAGES

NO REPLY OR ITEMS

SCAMMERS ‼️ I WANT THEM BANNED FROM THE INTERNET

WILL NOT REST UNTIL JUSTICE 💪🏽

GOING TO GET A CHARGE BACK FROM MY BANK …

Missing order and no communication

I ordered from Chika Cards on the 30th November but didn’t receive the delivery. On the 15th December I then received a tracking note to say they had sent this to Royal Mail but Royal Mail never received this.
Since then I have emailed 5 times but not heard back. In a desperate attempt to contact someone I tried FB messenger and did get a response on the 11th to say they would look into this but I still haven’t heard back despite sending a further 2 responses on the same messenger chat.
I don’t know what to do now, the delivery hasn’t come so my son who asked for this as a Christmas gift is missing part of his present and I’m £23 down. I’ve didn’t want to do a review on here but just didn’t know what else to do :-(

Poor communication and customer service

I ordered Glaceon and Leafeon VSTaR Pokémon cards on 10th December. The website said they were in stock and chika cards took the money from my account, but I haven’t received any further updates. I have since emailed to follow up but no response. I also emailed 22nd December to cancel and no response again. What is going on? Order number #1396

UPDATED - Wheres my order? No communication and responses at all.

Hi,

So I ordered an item on the Thursday 10-11-2022, which was in stock at time of order, got noticed it took 3 days to ship on Sunday 13-11-2022 at 10.38pm. So by Wednesday 16-11-2022 nothing has been received, order email says i can check tracking, so it makes me download an app called Shop to get tracking info and see where the parcel is, I downloaded the app, saw my order and it says no tracking information available. So I proceed to email customer services via email, no reply after a day, then I proceed to use the website contact us page, after a day no reply, I also tried there auto live chat and it is useless, It is now Friday 18-11-2022 and I have tried to contact via facebook, no reply and not holding much luck for much of a reply.

So now I am proceeding to leave a review on Trustpilot to try and get some sort of response and make people aware that there's been NO Communication on the companies part from multiple communication channels at all.

Shocking service, NO communication is the worse.

So now I am looking at other options for how I am going to get my monies back somehow.

Upon doing some initial investigation, there doesn't appear to be a VAT number on their site, also there appears to be no Companies House record for this company Chika-cards.

UPDATE - Jan 2023
Took a while and some chasing and patience but Item got dispatched on the day I left review here (Not what was suggested on website or shop app). Seller also suggested partial refund but I had to chase for this. I believe the seller had some issues and due to being busy lacked communication. However I got the item in the end and partial refund so this wasn't a scam as I suspected after not hearing from them. Overall I believe it is a one person band and I would think twice about ordering again. Shame but we got there in the end and good luck to the business. Updated the score to 3 as overall I got the item in the end with some discount. Thank You

We have been extremely busy with silver tempest and then dropping the Charizard ultra premium collection at RRP, it caused some issues with our website due to the surge of visitors.

We are not a limited company currently, which is why we will not show on companies house.

Very happy with Silver Tempest BB

I was a bit skeptical due to the new website and cheap prices but decided to give this website a go for the new Silver Tempest release. Have to say in extremely happy with the delivery and packaging. Genuine box came on release day, very happy and will definitely use this website again.

Reasonably priced and issues resolved promptly

I ordered some single cards my son needed to finish his set. A couple of days later I received a package with most of the order inside but missing a couple of the cards…

I have emailed customer service and after checking my junk folder was able to resolve the issue and the missing cards were posted out to be shortly after.
the prices of the cards were very reasonable compared to other sites and it would of been 5 stars if it wasn’t for the mixup

They have a lot of great cards, but

They have a lot of great cards, with amazing prices, but I've had two separate orders where I've not received every card that I ordered.
I'm beyond happy with the ones I have, it would just be nice to receive every card that I pay for.

Very dissatisfying Pokemon experience

Very dissatisfying experience. So I ordered a booster box to be delivered 2nd March a week after the original release of brilliant stars.

On 9th March no item had arrived and no email had been sent. I contacted the seller asking where my item was. They apologised saying due to unforeseen delays the item was due to be sent out that day. A Royal Mail ticket was generated and said 48 hours the item would arrive. 4 working days later I again contacted and seller was very unpleasant saying it was now with Royal Mail and they hadn’t scanned the item correctly. So I rang Royal Mail and asked what is the likelihood or this occurring and they said it never happened.

Review. Seller is dishonest. Should’ve just said they didn’t have the item and I would’ve purchased immediately else where. The value of cards reduce immediately so the longer cards take to arrive when I want to resell the cards I don’t need, I make less. I would’ve purchased else where immediately if they had been honest. And then to try and push the blame to Royal Mail wasn’t professional.

Don’t buy from this seller if you want the item immediately. Likelihood doesn’t have the stock but will keep you waiting around. Didn’t even offer to pay towards the cost of another box for the inconvenience. Would’ve been a nice gesture.

Below another message sent proclaiming great customer service but not really. He would have been good to cover the extra as you’ve had me waiting around for weeks and I had to enquire or I doubt I would’ve heard from you. And conveniently mine was the only one to go missing.

I will again apologise for your order not being received. You were however fully refunded. This is the one and only order that has gone missing.

I kept in contact constantly in a polite manner, immediately offering you a refund when you informed me that your order had not arrived. If I had a replacement available it would have been sent out. Unfortunately, this wasn’t the case so the only option was a refund.

I’m not sure what else could have been done in this situation? I kept you up to date with the situation at all times and showed you proof. It seemed you weren’t happy that I wouldn’t refund you and then some to buy another booster box.

We go however take all reviews into consideration and thank you for your input.

I was very sceptical when I saw the…

I was very sceptical when I saw the prices, they were that good and as they were a new business there wasn’t much around about them. I took the chance on them and ordered 2 booster boxes and I’m glad I did. The boxes came exactly when they said they would and are what I ordered. Would do definitely order from them again. Thank you chika-cards
