When this service was used for nursery, it worked fine and was a smooth service. However, they have now started using this for schools and their after school clubs with a top-up added by the government.

School find it confusing, parents find it confusing. Money was sat in account but school could not withdraw, school was already allocated as the provider and it should be easy enough for the school to access the funds. It was not. Too many steps & confusing system.

We gave up and reverted back to paying via parent pay. Much smoother and easy to access system, however this means we lost the top-up the government was offering.

Childcare Gateway has worked amazingly so far within our Nursery.
The system has great features and links directly linked to The Early Years Foundation Stage and Early learning goals. It is great for Ofsted evidence and great for keeping notes for parents on child development.
Childcare Gateway is a great price and the company provide support even after purchasing. The customer service team are helpful and professional.The team go above and beyond to support all staff within our nursery.
It is a great price, our nursery have tried other softwares but this is far the best.

The move to Child Care Gateway software was the best. I have been amazed with the capability this software has provided. I seriously can't imagine life without this software and would 100% recommend it to other Nursery Providers.

We are just starting out with Childcare Gateway and are extremely impressed with the customer care we are receiving. We are getting used to the system and it looks very promising. Nothing seems to be too much of a problem for them, they act on feedback and are extremely professional and friendly.

We are new users to Childcare Gateways, we are pleased with the support from the company and we are learning new aspects of the system. We are Scottish based so we cannot use one element of the system, which is fine for now, the great part is they are prepared to work with us to introduce our Care Inspectorate guidelines too, this would be fantastic and hopefully open up the market for more customers for them. We highly recommend it and can't wait for the new features to be introduced. Thanks for making our life easier on the administration and our parents love it.
