For nearly 3 weeks now I've been chasing Chili as each time I try to login on my TV using the laptop or smartphone via chilidotcom/ TV it just takes you to an External Management login which is clearly for admin and not for users/customers. I referred to the HELP section of the chili.com website and there was nothing to help resolve the issue. I have emailed Customer Service and also messaged them on Facebook multiple times now but received nothing....v poor.

Absolute garbage, wouldn't give it 1 star where do I start with this took ages to set up then bought a movie and it kept bouncing back to shop page, when it did start and paused it thought I'd come back later guess what can't log in keeps saying email and password is wrong even when I reset my password. I'll save u all time it's not worth it not even if you've got a code for a free movie save the stress and hassle quicker doing it through amazon prime.

I received a free rental code from Vodafone for Chili and thought I’d try it out to watch a movie.
Before I start, I’d like to give some context and add that like many of us I use a number of legitimate streaming services, Netflix, Amazon prime, Disney etc.
For our internet we use a virgin media and have a high download rate and speed from our ISP.
I chose to rent the John wick 4 movie and the site itself was simple to use and select a movie (great start).
After 2 mins of searching arching the movie the buffering commenced and repeated for a minute a time every few minutes. By my math this would have added an extra hour to a 3hr film.
After giving it a chance for 10 mins I rest our router then tried again with the same result. I then tried their competition and all works seamlessly.
Their site simply gives indicator that it’s our fault and not theirs. By checking the reviews this doesn’t seem isolated and likely why they are giving a free rental to Vodafone when their tech and servers simply are not up to scratch.
Anyway I’ve wasted more time than I’d like to simply to help save others the time and potentially money on a service which is substandard.
If you had the honesty to show when your severs can/can’t handle the traffic I would give you more credit but to only play a blame game and state it is only ever the end user at fault is shameful
I called on 7/12/2023 and spoke to Lacey at the Chili's on Millerville at 10:53 am and 3:07 pm to inquire about my favorite drink "Tropical Sunrise" which I had not had since before Covid. I was asked to call back after 2:30 because a bartender wasn't confirmed for the evening. I called at 3:07 pm and Lacey told me to come on in and I would be taken good care of. Obviously, the evening crew didn't get the message. We arrived and ordered drinks. My friend received 3 drinks; I asked why was my drink continuously overlooked. I was finally told by the manager that they stopped serving this drink a month ago; however, the person I spoke to twice said it could be made. My friend's appetizer came out incorrect and my dinner was incorrect. They offered to correct it but at this point, I decided to cancel my order altogether. My main purpose for eating there was to get the drink I hadn't had since pre-covid.
I would also like to mention when arriving we were told that the main dining area was closed because the AC was not working. It also appears they were extremely short-staffed.
My experience was not good. I would give them a negative 10.

Bought a box set from CHILI and the issue is, it’s never yours and the platform just buffers all the time. CHILI will likely fold at some point as it’s a poor alternative. When it folds it will of course fold with your bought films.

Downloaded a film to watch on my phone. It wouldn't let me rotate to watch in landscape & obviously I don't want to watch it vertically as it make the screen 1inch by 3inch. So I downloaded the app on to my firestick to watch it on TV instead. Won't play on Firestick. Just get and error message saying it is unable to play. Waste of time.

Paid for complete first series of House of the Dragon, payment taken but won’t play. Keep getting the message that I already have 5 devices linked to my account and I will need to log on to website and delete one device, I can’t do this as there are no devices linked to my account, have checked the updates for Chilli on my Samsung smart TV and all is up to date. Feel I am being ripped off.

Wouldn’t give it one star to be fair. This is a scam. Paid my money and the film won’t play at all. Don’t have these problems with other streaming services. Wish I read the reviews on here first before going ahead. Rarely have I seen so many bad reviews for a co. Won’t use this again, will spread the word too and will be keeping a sharp eye on my bank acc as I see from another review there could be problems with hacking connected to this co. Really disgraceful.

I used to really like this company then I tried to log into my account recently and password was not recognised. Tried password reset 10 times and nothing then got an email welcome to chili. So logged in and all my films purchased, around 30 of them have disappeared. Seems I have 2 accounts using the same email address, why would this happen? Ridiculous. Chili, Please give me back my movies I have purchased and improve your customer service. No one working at weekends to help? Why in this day and age.

i rented a band of outsiders by 2.99. When I tried to play, it never loaded. Had to download the app in my phone to be able to watch (which is a terrible experience).

Very poor yet again. Buffering a lot and makes films unwatchable. Tried to raise with Help team and explained happened before and they only offered to deactivate account. Many other streaming services available so try these at your peril

Do NOT USE THIS APP!!!! I had it on my tv and every time I rented a film on it my bank details got hacked, it happened 3 times on 3 different cards before my bank fraud department tracked it to this app. BEWARE they are a massive security risk for fraud!!!!@

Absolutely awful. Got a free code for a film... Downloaded the app on the Firestick... Logged in. Couldn't see any films anywhere... Only settings. App has glitches. Restarted Firestick same problem. Tried the app on the smart TV and managed to get the films up, rented one... Started it and it just wouldn't play... Went back to the Firestick app and could see the film... Hit play and the app crashed... Tried several times. Got it to work on Amazon in 10 seconds.

I borrowed the latest Bond film as a free offer to try out Chili. I finally gave up watching it as with my ageing ears (in spite of NHS hearing aids) I could not follow a lot of the dialogue and there were no sub-titles. I was disappointed as I had no problems with the actual picture and enjoyed the stunts in the trailer.

4k film shows completely pixelated the whole film. I tried reloading, and putting back the film and nothing. I have Amazon, Netflix and Disney and none of them have that issue. I feel I wasted my money! It's really frustrating watching a movie like if it was a pirate movie.
