Service was exceptional from start to finish. No pressure and lots of choices and information. Installation went very smoothly. Although we only had laminate installed in our living room, we will definitely have Carpet One install the rest of the house when we are ready. Very friendly office and installer staff. Would highly recommend them to our friends and family. Thank you.

Somewhat disappointed
The actual carpet and tiling was great; it was the grout that I wasn’t happy at all with. I had chosen a darker colour to accent the tile I chose and was told after it was applied that it lightens several shades: why was I not informed of that when I chose the grout, esp when I stated then that I wanted a dark color to match the rocks? They said they’d seal it but....that’s not going to make the difference. Since I’ve complained about it, I’ve heard nothing more at all from the company.

So pleased with the results!
We were incredibly pleased with Norm's carpet laying expertise! He took a challenging situation, in joining existing carpets from two separate rooms - once a wall was removed - and pieced in a remnant that had been saved, previously. We are very impressed with the outcome - you can't even tell a section of carpet has been added!!

Krista was an excellent help in the purchasing of the flooring. She even contacted me to help me reduce the costs on my quote by helping me choose a more suitable flooring choice.
Install was quick and efficient. If I had one concern it was that all the loose fibers on the carpet had to be vacuumed up after the installers left- I had just assumed this would be done but maybe I'm mistaken.

Install team was fabulous
Install team was fabulous, our salesman needed . . . something, we had to call him to see if he was coming for appointment, twice. Once he just didnt show up at all(supposed to be our final appt) and our final appt he came an hour early. Really nice guy but . . . . Would I choose them again . . . YES!
